This location is horribly slow. 5 minutes to take your order and another 20 minutes in line with only 2 cars in front of you. Your food will be cold.

I don’t even care how the food tasted, waited freaking an hour for my order and after they said they were on the way it still took 30 minutes to get the food out. Absolute dumpster fire of an establishment. Writing this currently they just gave me the wrong order. Please don’t give this place your money and just take your chances and go to the other 2 sonics in town.

Waited in the drive thru for 8 minutes for a soft pretzel which came out way overcooked. Only ate it because i was doordashing and didnt have time to go back and complain. Its supposed to be a soft pretzel not a hard pretzel :( Least it was hot i guess

Fried food taste like old grease , and the employees taking the orders are Rude! If you don’t want to be at work go home!! I said thank you multiple times after waiting 20 mins for my food and they just gave me my food with an attitude and closed the window! Want be coming back to this location get your workers together!
Staff and management are completely incompetent. Every time I visit my order takes at least an half hour to get to me. The other locations in the city are okay but the Greenville blvd store is horrible. (Just make the drive to Firetower) They somehow manage to lose online orders consistently and make me never want to visit again. Whoever owns this store should fire everyone
