The staff do their very best in this location, and make it the experience that it is. Starbucks in general has seemed to have a run down, overworked, sometimes hostile feel to it - most likely to constant Karen's, being shut down for mentioning unions, and being overworked. Whoever was the hiring manager deserves a gold star !! I so enjoy the happy employees working the drive thru this morning, refreshing change from the normal drive thru experience at other places
Took my grand-daughter there, she loves the coffee drinks. I have never been a fan of Starbucks except there hot cocoa and they overpriced in my opinion. Staff have always been nice enough but I don't like the burnt roasted tasting coffee.
