I enjoyed my favorite holiday coffee drink (hot peppermint mocha) in the sitting area outside the store. Service eas fast and friendly. Side note: the ladies room was clean and tidy.

I ordered a venti decaf white chocolate mocha via GrubHub. Instead they delivered someone named Ambar’s grande pecan latte. YUCK! List grande coffee is only 2/3 full. WOW!! But they did manage to get the bakery items right. Do better Starbucks. I cannot drink the crap you sent me. Not to mention I paid more for mine and you sent me a much cheaper drink.

I come to this location nearly everyday to the point majority of the associates know my order.
I rushed off work had to work late and just wanted my usual on 6/24/24.
I arrived at the location 8:55 yes five minutes before close. As soon as I pulled up to the drive through line I was told they were closed. I thought this to be strange bc I looked up the time online. I pulled over looked up the location again bc certain locations stay open longer. I wanted to make sure I had the right location. I saw 9pm. I called the store and asked what time do you close. The supervisor they stated whose name was Casey they told me, said we are closed. I said what time do you close and they were hesitant to say. So I told them why would they refuse to service me before they establishment actually closed? No answer silence. I informed them I did not appreciate the lie and they could have just said hey we have everything cleaned I’m pretty understanding but to lie and to be a supervisor lying is what gets me. I have had to wait on customers 2 minutes before close. What happened to customer service? I always go to this location but after this experience I will not return. The associate did offer for me to come back but at the point of lying to me and lying about serving me why would I want to come back? Service is better than money and I was given a gift card by corporate but really? This is where customer service has gone? Not too mention they also attempted to lie about me coming into the line. Keep in mind I have phone record of me calling at 8:57 and I’m sure there is cameras of me pulling in the driveway.
I'm not sure if ordering in doordash is different than ordering on Starbucks app but I don't get the yummy Caramel frappocino I normally get off the app when I order through Doordash. There's no whipped cream on bottom or caramel pieces or drizzle. It's sad to expect the same no matter how you order but get such a different drink when ordering on Doordash.

I loved starbucks until they start shoving the device in your face in drive thru where they are excited for you to give them a tip. When you dont do the tip, its like their expression changes and their mood. i dont like that pressure when i am trying to get my food or drink. Most places dont do that, and you definately dont tip your maintenance guy when he fixes something. you dont tip your AC guy, or your contractors.... I dont like when they are expecting this in drive thru and wont let you go unless you click on something every single time. It makes me wonder are they going to do a worse job on my drink because i didnt tip them? who knows. It makes me not want to go back.
