I loved starbucks until they start shoving the device in your face in drive thru where they are excited for you to give them a tip. When you dont do the tip, its like their expression changes and their mood. i dont like that pressure when i am trying to get my food or drink. Most places dont do that, and you definately dont tip your maintenance guy when he fixes something. you dont tip your AC guy, or your contractors.... I dont like when they are expecting this in drive thru and wont let you go unless you click on something every single time. It makes me wonder are they going to do a worse job on my drink because i didnt tip them? who knows. It makes me not want to go back.

The worst location in Greenville. When they get busy they will literally tell you that you can go to the Fire Tower location and get better/faster service, and they are not lying. The drinks are not consistent, despite the fact that I order the exact same thing every single time. Mobile orders seem to be the lowest priority and often times it will take 15-20 minutes to get your whole order. Meaning you are standing in the store holding one of your drinks for 15 minutes while you wait on the second drink. This morning my partner received so much attitude after the drinks were made incorrectly that she just left and ordered them again from the fire tower location. Unacceptable. Will not be back.

I waited 30minutes for two drinks for door dash. The woman who I spoke to was very rude and nasty. I watched her take a man order and fixed his order that came in 20min after I came in. I brung it to her attention and she has a very smart attitude.

I had the pumpkin spice latte, I realized I don't like latte, so if you like lattes and pumpkins. I'm sure it'll be delicious The management was nice and she allowed me to get another drink in place of. The green tea frappe used to be delicious I don't go to Starbucks alot.
