The place is in a nick nook in Barnes and Noble. However, they no longer give cups of ice water out for free. I understand during other seasons, but it's especially with it being extremely hot outside. I wonder if the manager decides to do anything about it. So I paid $5 for this Fiji water which tastes like plastic

I’ve been here a few times and every single time I come here they serve me weird looking fraps that I’m 100% sure are not even fraps because I’ve had the same ones served at another stores.😭
Last time I went with a girlfriend and just didn’t say anything about my “mocha frap” being white and tasting like watered down milk with sugar.😢😢😢
I just didn’t want to make my girlfriend feel awkward because of me complaining or whatever but I should’ve said something since I still got charged like I got an actual frap. Her drink was also weird looking and she just didn’t drink it but didn’t say anything either. Why are you guys like this? I love Starbucks and had never had an experience like this at any location but this one.
On the other hand the staff was very nice and polite and the atmosphere is very relaxing too which I appreciate, but I would like to go to this Starbucks because of the drinks though, not just because the cashier is nice. 🥹

Went to the Starbucks here there was not a single person in the line. There was three Starbucks employees. It took them 10 minutes to take our order then it took them another 15 minutes to get our order out and they proceeded to make other people strength before ours this is absolutely ridiculous. 10 out of 10 Starbucks here

2 employees loudly talking about customers and another employee. Very rude. Spoke with someone in target and she told them so they then yelled at and acted like they were going to come out of Starbucks at me. I'll go down the way to barnes and noble if I need anything. Hard

I went in there at 8pm and they told me they couldn't take my order because they were closed. Google says they're open till 9pm and there were other people in there. Smh.

Typically I have a great experience but a worker Genisis said she has to do side work at 7:37 I asked to speak with manager or when one comes. Because it doesn’t close until 8. Most of the drinks got refused, I was refused. She said she’s not able to make anything then made a comment about don’t you work at ihop. My reply was yes I do but we’re 24/7 and no matter side work we still help our customers and do not refuse people during opening hours. I’m going on 18hr shift with another tomorrow. She then contacts the manger whom again I had to ask who is the manager. She wouldn’t tell me. I didn’t like how I was refused to speak with manager and how at first she refused to serve me until I kept asking for a manager. There awesome here. But I didn’t appreciate the lack of helping in beginning and I didn’t like she calls me out on my job. Great staff I will continue but comments just because you want to go home can stay to the employees self. Thank you very much Manager Frankie for resolving me issue immediately!!
