Typically I have a great experience but a worker Genisis said she has to do side work at 7:37 I asked to speak with manager or when one comes. Because it doesn’t close until 8. Most of the drinks got refused, I was refused. She said she’s not able to make anything then made a comment about don’t you work at ihop. My reply was yes I do but we’re 24/7 and no matter side work we still help our customers and do not refuse people during opening hours. I’m going on 18hr shift...
