Most of time this location follows the recipe proportion well as lattes are in general tasty just too sweet. However after a customized request of reducing syrup and milk, it comes to the point that Latte unfortunately becomes sweet milk like some other locations

Fine as are all of them. Downgraded Atmosphere because music playing was discordant and too loud to have a comfortable conversation. Maybe they want to discourage staying and working on a laptop? Only one person trying to do that today...
This is in response to the review posted by Chris C. I remember this differently. As I recall, I was standing in line waiting to order a drink before beginning my shift, when a man I've never met before approached, stood uncomfortably close to me, and said "You're really tall." He then moved even closer, extended his arm and asked if he could compare arms to see if mine was longer, to which I said "No, you may not." He asked me if it was because he was ugly, which I ignored. His behavior was completely inappropriate, and made me uncomfortable. Postscript to Chris C. Please don't imply that this interaction equates to a poor customer service experience at my store. Your words have the power to impact people, and no one who refers to another human being as "pure trash" is a victim.

I am a frequent customer to this particular Starbucks and the customer service is usually pretty good until I came through the drive thru this morning my order taker name was Terri she had the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks one thing I do know is Starbucks employees go above and beyond to make sure that each and every customer is treated with the upmost respect Terri was not showing that very unprofessional she asked me if I was going to split my payment I felt that was very offensive what difference does it make as long as the total is paid in full that is not how you treat a customer if she has asked me that I’m pretty sure she has asked others I will not be spending my money where the employees stigmatized customers

One morning, I ordered my usual honey citrus mint tea "medicine ball" as a casual pick-me-up (it's also wonderful if you're sick). It was good as usual but what was the absolute best about my experience was the vibe and energy of the barista, Patt! He made my morning! From the beginning of the order until the end and most certainly thereafter, he was so bright and joyous! I loved it. I paid for the person behind me because the great spirit of his customer service was contagious! KUDOS TO PATT!
