The staff and baristas are always so kind, very nice, and friendly, making customers feel welcomed and remembered. Service is great. The coffee is described as BANGIN' and most excellent, with espresso dripped correctly. The signature matcha latte cold with oatmilk, lite ice, and brown sugar is nailed perfectly every time with a perfect blend and froth. The location is clean, with a clean lobby and restrooms. It offers a variety of seating options including small armchairs, 2-person tables, a tall communal table with easy access to power outlets, and tables outside. A notable feature is no upcharge for non-dairy milk options. The only noted difficulty is the parking lot, which is a little tight. This Starbucks is a highly recommended go-to location in Greenville.
