This starbucks is great. I'm here visiting with work and I've been getting my signature matcha latte cold with oatmilk, lite ice, and brown sugar...and they nail it everytime. I mean the perfect blend and froth on the match is truly no match. Great job here and highly recommend.

Friendly staff, always clean restrooms, clean lobby. There are a variety of seating options: small armchairs, 2-person tables, tall communal table with easy access to power outlets, and tables outside. Of the ones in Greenville, this is my go-to location

Do not expext being able to sit inside to work at this location if you are plus sized. As someone who simply has larger hips none of the inside chairs would accommodate my bones, let alone someone of a larger stature who carries more weight than I do. Though if you ever want an uncomfortably tight hug from the arms of a chair paired with the humiliation of walking out of a building simply because there is no where you can sit, please come here. The staff were very kind and welcomed everyone as they walked in, this is simply a problem with the location not staff.

I recently went through the drive through and I ordered a large hot coffee. It wasn't full, looked as if they put a medium amount of coffee in the cup. If I'm paying that much I need all the coffee I should be getting.

This is the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff was so nice to me it brung literal tears to my eyes. They greeted me by name, talked to me as if I was a friend etc. almost made me want to start an application. Love this Starbucks.

Amy is a professional diligent, worker, very alert to help out where she sees needs to be customer satisfaction, and awesome attitude beautiful smile, welcoming customers. If a problem arises the satisfaction, she quickly intervenes to solve the problem. The customer wants to come back and a lot of times I’ll come up to her and apologize and thanks. I enjoy studying there since the atmospheres so pleasant and the workers work together well a good atmosphere in the store! .

Friendliest, most genuine people. They know your name and care about you. The man who served me let me try two blends (for free) to see which one I preferred. Will be writing to management in praise of this place.
