I’ve been coming to this location for years and have spent a lot of money here with friends. Today, August 10th 2025, at 9:30 PM ( night shift ) There was one white girl, one black guy, and I’m not sure about the other girl. The white girl at the store was SO RUDE and MEAN and made a completely wrong order. This place is usually great, but I don’t know what kind of staff they are hiring now.

I’ve always had a delicious drink from there. But there was one cashier that never said a word to me ,never told me thank you. I even said good morning to him one morning and he said do you want a straw 🤷🏻♀️ but overall drinks and food are delicious

I have a lactose allergy and was given the wrong drink the morning of 10/23. Didn’t realize it till I started drinking it. Ended up with diarrhea and home from work the entire next day. On 10/25 the lady in the drive through gave me a hard time about wanting it remade 2 days later. She said it should have been within 24 hours- even I was at home with diarrhea. Seriously? I’ve been coming to Starbucks religiously for years and this is how I get treated? This location sucks. Firetower would never.

Disappointing breakfast experience. While the food was great, the service was BELOW par. I believe the employee's name was Aniyah, and unfortunately, she seemed to have a poor attitude. Additionally, it felt like I was overlooked upon entering the restaurant.
Love the environment of this Starbucks, a bit on the smaller side but it’s also cozy. The staff here are all extremely sweet, James is the OG. The staff get my order right every time, and they also recognize me and make conversation every time. Love this place ❤️

Really great, friendly, "southern" hospitality at this Seattle chain's location in Greenville NCThey got the order right (always a bonus over the intercom) and had my order ready by the time I drove up.Starbucks is a staple, but it's always better when the services is great and with a smile. Top notch location.
