Whoever was the only one in the red apron on August 18th 2024 at around 12:30 was extremely disrespectful i asked if the cake pop was coming out and she very aggressively said that it will be in the next order as it comes in two separate bags.

I ordered a drink with cold brew, 2 sandwiches, and another drink. I got everything else but they didn’t have cold brew, instead of telling me that they didn’t have cold brew the lady up front just had my empty cup sitting there, at no time did she call out my pickup name to ask me what I wanted instead of the drink with cold brew.

Misspelled my nameWhen I asked about the drink that was sitting for 5 minutes, Barista mistook my misspelled name for a previous order that they had to remakeMispronounced another order's name so bad they had to ask the cashier what they even wroteWaited 30 minutes for my Chai latte. 25+ min order completion after receiving 1/2 the order (wrong coffee btw). Drive thru recieves preference despite 10 people in line waiting for their order. After going back up twice to ask if the order was almost ready (double espresso, not a lot of prep required) then they started working on it. They were somewhat busy (not overly), but had multiple servers to cover orders. You should consider going to an alternative location for service .
