I came in for an iced coffee. I was originally in the drive thru but it took me sitting there for ten minutes after placing my order that I finally went in! There were only 2 cars ahead of me! I realized they were moving as slow as possible and did not care about taking customer orders, especially inside customers. I walked in, no one greeted me, then I had to get their attention and spoke clearly 3 separate times I came out of the drive through to get my iced coffee. I pay, then the barista prepared to give me the wrong drink. I made him correct it and a second associate took over my drink order. I was highly irritated at this point so I just decided to bite my tongue and leave as quickly as possible. I get my drink, and the associate, behind my back, in a snarky and nasty attitude proceeds to tell me to have a good night. I didn't say anything, but that must have made him mad because then he called me a derogatory term (African American female). This happened last night around 6: 30 PM.

I've been coming here for years and the staff has never disappointed me! My drinks have always been amazing but today I feel compelled to compliment whoever made my skinny iced caramel macchiato. I just started getting the low fat one, and to be honest it does taste different than the regular one but that is to be expected. My drink today is PERFECT! thanks for making my morning Starbucks crew. Love you guys!

Only problem was my mobile order didn't process and I did it twice and I was unable to redeem my points on in store purchase as well. But as soon as I paid myself, order went right through, hmm................
Now that cup of coffee was a-ma-zing!

Andrew is such an incredible barista. He is so very friendly and always goes above and beyond! The 5 star reviews all go to him!!! Starbucks is so lucky to have him as an employee. This is the third time I order a flat white and it just tastes like milk. Attached is the description of how a flat white is made and I don’t taste anything coffee concentrated in my cup except for milk. There were 3 baristas behind the counter and only one was working while the other two just stood there. This was at 8:30am and a line at the drive thru.
Their hospitality also felt forced and not very authentically warm and welcoming.

I’m still shocked I had to wait as long as I did while two baristas were just standing there doing nothing. Wait, one filled two cups of ice. Wow!!
Wish my three attempts at ordering a flat white coffee would have been a delicious cup of well made coffee instead of just a large cup of milk! Really disappointing and it’s the 3rd time so shame on them.

This Starbucks got my order wrong 3 times in 2 weeks and i ho every day. They are very slow. The girl at the drive thru was very rude. When I called I was told that the district manager would call me back and never did. The only reason I went to this Starbucks is because my usual one is being remodeled.
