This Starbucks got my order wrong 3 times in 2 weeks and i ho every day. They are very slow. The girl at the drive thru was very rude. When I called I was told that the district manager would call me back and never did. The only reason I went to this Starbucks is because my usual one is being remodeled.

My drink was made pretty well, but the 15 minute wait in line was ridiculous. Maybe I'll try pickup in store instead to see if they're more efficient. This is the busiest Starbucks I've been to, so I would suggest allowing extra time to wait if you have somewhere to go.

Worst starbucks in Greenville. Several times now I have to leave without my drink because i am going to be late to work. Staff do not acknowledge or even greet you let alone ask if they can help while you are waiting. Go to another starbucks in Greenvilel.

I ran here because it was close to the surgery center. The staff is very well trained, knowledgeable, and patient because if you know me, I gotta million questions, and it takes me forever to make my mind up. It was clean and positive energy flowing throughout. I gibe this establishment a 9. It's l9cated in a well lit place as well.

The store prioritized app orders and drive-thru orders over their walk-in customers. They did not start on my order until a wave of walk-in customers came into the store.
I give four stars for the food only because at the end of the day it is Starbucks and while their food is not disgusting, it is vastly overpriced for what it is. But still, it's Starbucks and it's good enough to keep me coming back.

They had their employee outside in the pouring rain taking orders with no protection, no umbrella, no hat nothing to stand under. Makes no sense.
