Wow! 3.9 stars. Not sure how they got that great of a rating when they obviously cannot make a sub as requested by their customer because they didn't get enough sleep the night before. Yes. That is what they said to their coworker. Im sure he probably feels like he should make 15 dollars or more an hour. If so, he needs to recognize he wasn't worth it and that maybe he should take a job elsewhere that will put up with incompetence.

Always get treated well when im here. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. They've been known to go above and beyond when I needed it. I don't know any of them personally nor do I go there alot. But they treat me as if I did. Thanks to the team.

The girl working today, I feel bad because I can't remember her name, but she worked at 10:40am on 7/14, amazing customer service, super friendly, made the best sub I've ever had from a subway. Veggies were crispy and fresh and she arranged them really nice. I only come in Greenville once a week but this will be my lunch stop from now on

I didn't even make it up to the counter and the lady working in this subway was saying that it was going to take a very long time and that she had too many orders to fill...nice customer service...and it didn't look like she was making a very good amount of effort completing her job either

I went to get a sub at 9:26 since they were suppose to close at 10 and the girl would not let me order. I’d worked late and wanted a sub all day and was looking forward to this subway because it was supposed to be open. Terrible service

I ordered 2 subs. A foot long club and a 6 inch steak and cheese. They both were lacking meat. The foot long was toasted but was over cooked. The bread was hard. Only had 1 small piece of onion in the foot long. Come on subway you have to be better than that.
The workers are always friendly, they remember their regular customers, and their customer's favorites. Plus l, they always fix the food with care to ensure their customers are satisfied.

Horrible. They wouldn't help fix an order, argued with me, kept taking under their breath about me, and then accused me of recording them.What a joke. Horrible customer service.
