2 times in a row now I've ordered DoorDash from this location and both times they've completely forgotten half of my order. I don't know who they have for a manager but they clearly aren't doing their job and the other employees clearly don't care about their jobs. I'm not sure how you can order like 8 things from Taco Bell and only get 2 of them in the bag. Honestly this location is an absolute joke. And the bags are sealed shut before the DoorDash people pick it up so it's not like the driver can even check to make sure the whole order is there before they leave.

Great and quick service. Food was fresh and warm and tasty. Our server, Emily, was prompt courteous and friendly. Casual fast food Mexican type of food.
Went in to get $1 tacos and the code wouldn’t work through the app and me and some friends went to go ask the at the front for any help and she rudely told us that she could not help us and walked away in the middle of us talking, and looked at us like we were stupid when we went to pay in cash. Kimberley was her name and she was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to at Taco Bell, I am obsessed with Taco Bell and her performance and lack of effort and rudeness made me want to never come back.

They completely messed up my order, the customer service was awful, the manager could barely speak English, the floors were sticky, napkins everywhere, windows greasy, worst of all they didn’t correct my order. Marissa is a terrible manager and should be fired immediately. This location is poorly ran. As a student at ECU this is the closest place to campus and it’s so bad we are signing a petition on campus for the city of Greenville to close this location and provide a restaurant that respects and serves the community. Enough is enough. Marissa should resign.

Came through the drive thru today and order 2 nacho fries, 1 nacho cheese DLT Sup, 2 beef chalupa sup. They gave me one DLT taco and two fries. Then I asked them for the rest of my food and they gave me one chalupa that was it and I called back when I got home and ask to get one more they said no. Attached below is my receipt and all my food. Don’t go here they have poor customer service.
