Placed a mobile order and when I got to the window they told me they gave my order to the car infront of me. The worker was clearly too high to function. She made me pull back around and then restate my order once I got to the window again. Instead of putting my food in two boxes like I had ordered, they threw all of my food into one bag. The worker then got an attitude while I was checking the bag to make sure my order was correct.

Worse taco bell so far. Been there more than a handful of times and they have never have ever got my order correct. Will never go back there. Was thinking they finally got some good workers, but seems like managers are same quality. When you pay for something you should get that something. As a customer I should be treated with respect and equally. Don't appreciate being stared down either.
Also when I started going to this location long before the above incident and what stopped me coming to this location the 1st time. When in drive thru I order the same thing they would ask if I like to make it spicey, i say yes. Although they didn't inform you could customize each item they charge for all three such items. I found out on my own, so the next time I come thru and order the same thing and again they ask if I like to make it spicey and I see yes, except only my burrito and chulapa. They would get mad and only put 2 slices of jalapeños. On the app it shows 60cents per cup (full cup). I got the app to show they were doing the customer wrong. Next Taco Bell I will take pictures. There is one other one that uses the same tactic.

The Hispanic girl on drive thru was rude to me and on her phone. She slammed the window in my face and told me to move so other cars could come up. she did not greet me and she said i had to pay for extra sauce packets. i am highly disappointed and will be going to the one in winterville!

Horrible customer service. Go to the one on Arlington instead. Went up the drive thru window to pick up an order I placed 15 min before. Got told to go to the speaker first, so I did, no fuss. Had 2 people in front of me that got their food in seconds and I got to sit and wait for my food. I guess the young woman who greeted me didnt like me because instead an older woman (Im assuming was the manager) handed me my food and acted very hostile when handing it to me.

Every night I come here it’s always drunk college kids sitting around being very Loud and holding up the lines talking to each other and in the way of the people that are trying to wait at the walk up window
The restaurant was ice cold which is all one could dream of on a blistering hot day. It was relatively calm with very few patrons and placing my order was quick. The staff were friendly and professional. It all fell apart when I got the food. The food was not fresh as if it had been sitting for a while. My nacho fries were disappointing. They weren't gross but tasted soggy and a bit rubbery as if they'd been through a few spin cycles. It's also my favorite menu item and one of the few reasons I'd ever visit Taco Bell 🔔. The new chicken tenders which I tried for the first time could be compared to chewing hard fried shoe leather. They were not good at all. On our first meeting the tenders and I had a terrible encounter. Thumbs down 👎🏾 The sauce which was some sort of spicy barbecue tasted good. Other than that nothing was good. I suffered through it because I'd rather eat the food than waste it. Unfortunately I can't recommend the food unless you insist it be cooked on the spot. Great staff, clean and air-conditioned environment. Food, no bueno.
