This is not a “fast food restaurant”. It takes them 20 minutes to make your order because 2/3 of the staff are just standing around and the 1/3 is actually doing the work.

Refused to serve me in the drive thru on a motorcycle because it’s “not a proper vehicle”? Not to mention I was the only person in line and had a mobile order

Took forever for our food to be made on several occasions, even when no one else is ordering. Very slow service. Do not recommend.

The black lady that works in the morning has 0 customer service skills and Interrupts you when ordering. She will also have you repeat yourself five times because she doesn't listen. She also likes to ask you if youre done ordering after every single item you order. Like no lady. Ill tell you when I'm done ordering, stop she sounding so lifeless and like you hate the fact you even have to be at work. The only good thing i have to say is she didn't mess up the food. This time. She did the last time. She just forgot my drinks this time.
Tried to give this place second chance. Came for lunch. Employee was smoking a cigarette outside and left me sitting at the drive thru for 5 minutes. Drove off after they never came to take my order. Terrible employees.

Don't get your doordash from this taco bell. They mess your order up and leave out sauces that you PAID FOR. Me and my sister got the wrong items to start with, and my grilled cheese burrito had beef in it instead of chicken which I hate beef but was starving so I gave it a bite to try and put aside the mistakes, AND SEE A SHORT BROWN HAIR IN IT. My sisters husbands quesorito was left out of the order and was given a hard shell taco instead. You best believe we got our money back but if you order from this taco bell go inside instead and get them to get your order right when they mess it up LIKE ALWAYS! Stop training your workers to be lazy :)

Had a mix up where i received the wrong order, upon calling to let them know i spoke with a manager named Pam, who was nothing short of amazing! Even tho the mix up was not her fault she was both accountable and solution minded. Thanks Pam!

i went this past weekend and they messed up my mobile order which they made me wait 30 minutes for. while going back to the drive thru reminding them i am there i pull to the front door and started knocking. they tried to give me my food and i told them to remake it. me and my boyfriends stomach are both torn to pieces right now. we are positive someone there put laxatives in our food. NEVER EVER going back.
