i went this past weekend and they messed up my mobile order which they made me wait 30 minutes for. while going back to the drive thru reminding them i am there i pull to the front door and started knocking. they tried to give me my food and i told them to remake it. me and my boyfriends stomach are both torn to pieces right now. we are positive someone there put laxatives in our food. NEVER EVER going back.

I live near this Taco Bell and I’ve been quiet a few times. I kid you not, every single time we go here, something is wrong. The attitude from the staff is horrible, once they forgot to give me my entire order and slammed the window open five minutes later and asked me what’s wrong like I was the problem. I order the tacos with no lettuce and nearly every time I’ve gone they still put lettuce. I order the chips and cheese and they will always leave off the cheese. I order a Crunchwrap supreme no sour cream and no tomato and guess what? There is still sour cream and tomato. This time I got a midnight Baja blast because they were out of regular Baja blast and it was just straight carbonation. I also asked for mild sauce and they gave me hot sauce, they left off the cheese for the chips and cheese and I still found lettuce on my tacos. I have to wait two minutes before they decide to come back to the window and throw the sauce and cheese at me before slamming it closed again. Whoever runs this Taco Bell needs to do some serious work to fix this. I can understand mistakes, but the attitude is inexcusable.

I had a rather complicated delivery order (lots of customizations and many items) and I called ahead to ask the manager on duty to have extra eyes on the order for accuracy. Pam B was the manager on duty and she came through in a big way. Everything was created to perfection and organized perfectly in the delivery bags. I made sure to call back and thank her personally for her excellent customer service and I wanted to make it a point to shout her out again with a Google review. Thank you Pam B!!

Constantly messes up your order. Used to go to the other one but this one is closer. I dont even understand how you can just not figure out an order listed on the screen in front of you. Why offer to make them supreme if you can't even manage it?
