Today, HORRIBLE SERVICE & FOOD was provided! The waitress was extremely rude and disrespectful and the Manager never came to address the issue. My husband food was served cold while everyone else at the table food was hot. He asked for it to be remade. The waitress took the food and continued to talk to a lady on a ladder for a few minutes before returning his food to the kitchen. He waited 15 mins before asking the waitress to pack his food to go because his food was never brought back out & his lunch was over. When paying for his food he declined to leave a tip. The waitress got mad and threw his card on the table. He went to the front of the establishment to complain and asked to speak to a manager. The manager never came and the waitress said that my husband was rude for not leaving a tip. Her service was horrible so no he didn't leave a tip. The waitress went back to the table he was sitting at and threw his food away while he was still speaking with the lady at the front of the restaurant. So not only was he mistreated and disrespected. He paid for food that he never got to eat because the waitress felt she had the right to throw his food away because he didn't tip her. Throughout this entire ordeal a manager never came to address the situation. Needless to say we will NEVER DINE HERE AGAIN!!! Our initial experience eating here was really good but this time... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! NEVER AGAIN!

Enjoyed a night out with the crew on bike night. Kendall was our waiter, she laughed and joked with us and gave us phenomenal service. The food was on point and hit the spot. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

This was my second time ordering from the Greenville blvd location. The first time I went my boneless wings were overcooked and chewy. Figured it was an off day, so I tried them a second time and my burger is super bland and has no seasoning at all, and my fries are stale and dry. Do not eat at this location, go to the other one. My server was nice that assisted with the to go order though.

Waited 45 minutes for our food to come. Very busy lunchtime crowd with a short staff. Food was cold and the chicken in the quesadilla was so tough. It gave my teeth a workout. This place needs improvement!!!

They have a lot of work to do to meet the standards that the original Tiebreakers has set. Will not be going back anytime soon. I’ll drive across town to the other one.

We normally eat at one of the locations at least once a week but we had a terrible experience at Winterville location 2 weeks ago as far as getting our food in timely manner and then when it came it was wrong and one of our family members never got his food at all. Now tonight at the newest location we waited again forever to get our food and people that ordered after us got their food before us. Manager came to table and said he would take care of bill and he did a whole $7.23!!!! Somebody needs to get a grip on kitchen staff!!
