Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I enjoyed this location before it moved, since moving the service has become terrible. I ordered a smoothie this morning and it was the worst tasting smoothie I’ve ever had. I threw it in the garbage after two sips. I wish they would’ve never moved locations!

This is the slowest place I’ve ever visited. Waited in line over 30min with only two cars in front of me. Do NOT go there unless you have allday to wait in line!!!

Just went to this location at 8:45 to get a smoothie. The website said they closed at 9pm. When we pulled up the sign said drive thru open but we got there no one said anything. We said hello -silence. Then someone came on and.said we are.closed. I said the website says you close.at 9. She said we closed early- REALLY?!?
WON'T BE GOING BACK!!!

Moved locations and they are still slow, was stuck in line for 30 minutes and after paying smoothie was still not even made, had to wait forever for it at the window! Need more help or something!

Second time ordering delivery from this location that I received no food. The first time, I did not receive my order at all. The store manager called me a liar and said they would look into it. Tropical Smoothie never issued a refund. My bank’s fraud department had to go to Tropical Smoothie for the refund. Today, I received smoothies and no food. Person who answered the call told me I had a “bad phone”. They said that the food was not put out with the smoothies. They did not offer to have me pick it up. They did not offer to remake the food. They did not offer to have the food delivered again. They offered a refund for the food but not for the over $8.00 tip. They were rude and laughing while I went without dinner for the second time due to their poor service. They also have cost me over $40 twice now with their reckless and fraudulent business. Both times were ordered through the Tropical Smoothie app. Never again.

Don't order delivery from this location, they use Door dash when ordering from their website directly and you will not get your food. The manager will also not return your call

The new Tropical smoothie drive through in Greenville on Arlington is pathetic!! They have pull up spots to help or keep the line moving but yet in the morning I guess they don't want to go outside so the line is 13 cars wrapped around the building.

I love the Açaí Bowl. I’ve been to plenty of tropical smoothies. The ladies seemed to be working on a big order. So, they were not that friendly.

My first time at a tropical smoothie, not only was the food soooo delicious (got Caribbean jerk chicken wrap and mango smoothie for me and a berry bowl for my hubby), but the people working there were so kind and friendly and patient. Also, I was really impressed with how spotlessly clean it was. I can’t wait to eat there again.

I ordered online and my order was placed to the wrong location. I normally order on Arlington but was trying to order on Firetower as I was on that side of town. I placed the order and immediately realized what happened. I tried calling and no one would answer the phone. I finally got someone on the phone and was told it was too late that the order had been made. Mind you, it had only been a couple of minutes and I doubt it was made that fast. They never make food and a Smoothie in a few minutes. They were rude and unhelpful. I will not support this location again.

0 stars is my honest rating!!! I usually don’t EVER do reviews however I can NOT LET THIS SLIDE‼️ My son (18 AFRICAN AMERICAN) WAS an employee here until yesterday! Last week he was working (here) and not one but TWO employees decided it would be okay to use the N WORD WHILE MY SON WORKED NEXT TO THEM‼️‼️ One happened to be 15 and was pressured by the other to “say it” my son being the oldest worker there told the 15yr old No don’t say that because it’s not a good thing! Do not say it. He ended up saying it anyway….. my son explained to the manager he felt validated and disrespected!!! On yesterday my son had a meeting with the “manager/owner” and had me in speaker phone to discuss what would be done!!!! Let’s just say the ONLY thing the manager was concerned about was if my son could just work to help them out because they need help! Mind you my son told them I won’t work another shift with them two because it’s an uncomfortable situation!! (Both parties were working as well) My son asked what will be the consequences for them. The “manager/owner” kept talking around the question basically saying okay I’ll talk to them but can you stay at work today because we really need you!!! At that moment I spoke up and told him we need to know what you’re going to do about the situation because saying the N WORD in YOUR work place for one is NOT OKAY‼️‼️‼️ Secondly you should’ve handled the situation IMMEDIATELY when you FIRST heard about it‼️‼️‼️ The manager got VERY MAD AND UPSET THAT HE DIDNT KNOW I WAS ON THE PHONE AND ASKED MY SON DID HE WANT TO QUIT ‼️‼️‼️‼️MY SON SAID WELL YEAH I DO BECAUSE ITS NOT RIGHT OR OKAY‼️‼️‼️‼️ This is the same child you was just begging to stay and work with NO UNIFORM ON!! But now because his parent stepped in to let you know you’re not just going to overlook this you’re upset and angry?!?!?!? YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN ANGRY AND UPSET THAT YOU HAVE PPL WORKING FOR YOUR BUSINESS WHO USES THE “N” WORD‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ WE ASKED FOR HUMAN RESOURCES NUMBER OR A CORPORATE OFFICE NUMBER THEY GAVE US ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ‼️‼️‼️‼️ I will not stop until this matter is HEARD‼️‼️‼️‼️ Being AFRICAN AMERICAN isn’t our choice it’s the choice of the Lord Jesus Christ HIMSELF ‼️‼️ You all lost a GREAT worker!!! But working for a place that allows someone to say or use racial slurs/words IS NOT OKAY SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN FOR GOOD🙏🏽🙏🏽

Please open a location in Washington NC. We need good healthy choices, and you would have no real competition.
