First time eating here. Loved it! Food was awesome. I gave a 4 star for food only because my chicken was a little on the dry side. But the flavor of everything was on point. Service was great. Definitely on our list of favorite restaurants to come back to!

Villa Verde is gonna be our spot from now and on! The restaurant is clean, the service was great, and food was excellent! We’ve been trying to find a nice place to eat in the Greenville area for a while now and it has been a struggle. Villa Verde was a breath of fresh air! Keep killing it Ray!!

Wow!! Such Awesome Customer Service. The young man that greeted me was so helpful in my food selection. This was my first visit & I will be back again. I just moved to the area so just wanted to try out some local restaurants. The food here was amazing. I didn’t know what to expect so the bowl option threw me way off guard. I never had Dominican Food but I’ve heard so much about the food and culture so I expected it to be good. It was FANTASTIC! The options were many and so fresh (THANK YOU). The Chic Pea Salad is a MUST TRY & MUST HAVE,I could eat that alone. The Cilanto Lime Sauce was Delicious! This place is indeed something special ❤️ Next time I must try the Ox Tail & Plantain ?

It clearly has “rotisserie chicken” as an option for Lunch Burrito and the owner couldn’t have been more dismissive about how it is not possible. The look of “how dare you order that” was in full view of means the employee taking my order. Get over yourself and correct your menu which is a vinyl sign held up w magnets…

Such an amazing place to eat!!! Oh my. We stopped here to try something new while we were in town. It would be about an hour drive from us normally.
There was no line, fast and friendly service, easy to read menu, and good music. I got the Young's bowl and took some suggestions from the employee. I put feta cheese on it and rotisserie chicken.
The chicken fell right off the bone. I got the dressings on the side, but to be honest, it didn't even need any because it was so good. I did use a little though, because the dressing was good too. ?
The atmosphere was nice, fresh and fun music, nice smells, and good customer service. The employee even stopped by our table to see how we liked the food. I am excited about driving back here, even if it's an hour away.

A welcomed alternative to Chipotle and the phlegmatic Greenville Bojangles over priced under portioned greasy chicken fare. Thank you Jay for Villa Verde Dos.

Person taking order was not unfriendly, nor was he friendly. Kind of zombieish with no eye contact or interest in customers. The burrito was good, nothing special. The empanadas (I got steak) were cold on the inside but hot on the outside. They tasted ok, but Villa Verde needs to work out a better system to reheat...

I've eaten there. Enjoyed the food. But I am confused with you saying you are committed to Jesus Christ, but you serve alcoholic drinks. Do you really think HE is happy with t hat How do you justify that ? That's just wrong.
