Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience
Stopped by Wendy’s today, and the customer service at the drive-thru was terrible. The woman at the window didn’t say a single word—no greeting, no “thank you,” nothing. She just took our money, handed it back, and that was it. When we got our food, she immediately shut the window without asking if we needed anything else or even saying, “Have a great day.”

As soon as we checked our bag, we realized they forgot ketchup and didn’t include a spoon for the Frosty. We tried getting their attention, but no one ever came back to the window. It’s frustrating when you have to leave without the basics because the staff isn’t paying attention. A little communication and effort would make a huge difference. Definitely not the best experience.

This is very first time I went here and our order was taken by Kesh and he was absolutely freaking amazing I'm so thankful that we came here and not anywhere else he was so polite so respectful and I'm so thankful definitely my brother fresh air due to the fact every place I came to so far throughout these areas have been so rude so disrespectful and so just on edge not good with customer service so thank you for doing your job and being the best employee because you truly truly impact people when you do this

The older african american lady who is almost always at the drive thru window needs to find a better occupation. Why work in customer service if you’re not even going to say anything at the window. Literally just stares at you and hands food. Not a single word from her mouth. Rude and disrespectful piece of work.

I returned to this location on 2/2/25 around 2:30 pm to pick up a free meal due to me because of an error in my order on 1/22/25. On that night around 7:05 pm, I called back and spoke with Shift Manager DeAndra and I explained to her my order was incorrect. They were busy at the time but she agreed to replace my order. Meanwhile she handed the phone off to Kesh and he took my name down and confirmed with DeAndra that I could stop by anytime and my meal would be replaced. However today, Shift supervisor Monique told me that DeAndra had to replace it on her Shift. I explained to Monique that DeAndra said i could come back anytime and that they written my name down in a book for reference. Monique was not having it and refuse to honor a $7 meal due to me. She told me that DeAndra would be in at 4pm and she would have to provide it for me. Why should I have to come back when I'm already here and I provided you all the information needed to complete this simple request. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I don't recommend this location!

Cashier doesn't know how to enter the total amount that you give, so don't expect to get the correct change back. Make sure you do the math before you leave because you won't get it back. Did I get a receipt? No. How convenient. The drawer checked out
? % correct? Then, tell her to enjoy the correct change that was supposed to have been given to me. Oh, wait! You can check the roll a few hours ago and see if she entered $21.01 for $10.05 in return. You won't find it entered that way, manager. If she did her job properly, it would have shown up that way. But since you counted it and it's correct, I'm supposed to believe you? ??
Although one might say a buck is chump change and not worth anything, when you're not working, it's gold!
