Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too the girls were rude they gave me the wrong food ! They didn’t even give my dipping sauce the right way either and I got a large fry they clear my gave me a medium this is ridiculous yall do better !

After going to this store the baked potato I purchased is molded. Went back to the store showed it to the manger she said they just got delivery today. Just hope I don't get sick from this.

Ask for catchup and told them to hold the onions on two orders. We had pull up front and wait while we watch others drove through and got their orders. When we got the food no catchup and orders had onions on them

1 star is far too many stars for this particular establishment. 11:15 on a Friday morning and every door was locked. I was able to get in because an employee walked out with an order and as soon as I tried to place an order at the register, I was met with disgust. The food was cold and none of my special instructions were heard much less fulfilled. The bathrooms were a biohazard and needed to be taped off and placed miles away of any place serving food. I never leave bad reviews, but this place was a special exception and needed to be noted. Do not stop here. For any reason. Just be hungry and go somewhere else and save yourself the massive headache. Negative stars if possible.

Would love to know when the time changed for opening. Have been getting food at about 6:45 am on the way to work at the hospital but this morning after placing an order at the drive thru and waiting, was told they don't even open till 7:30. While sitting in line at Burger King time for Wendy's was looked up at it says 7 am. WHAT TIME DO YOU START SERVING????

This store refuses to serve food apparently. Every time we've attempted to order delivery, we either get a totally wrong order or Nothing. Today was nothing. We attempted to contact Wendy's but got filtered to a call center where we were offered a refund (that doesn't process instantly) and still no food. To whoever at Wendy's corporate that's so out of touch, I can't afford to order dinner twice in one night. If you won't give me food OR an instant refund, then I go hungry for the night. Your incompetence isn't an excuse to let a customer who paid go without a meal. We will not be ordering from this Wendy's anymore and I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate. This is unacceptable. Do better.

Went to get breakfast and the lady at the drive thru was so nonchalant. I got the energy drink and it was water down. It’s plenty of job out here if you tired of working or quit. I don’t understand ppl and why have an attitude.

I stopped to get dinner, ordered and got my food and left. After about five minutes when I got to eat, my burger and fries were all cold and stale tasting. The burger was also hard and absolutely smothered in mayonnaise to the point that the bun was soggy from it

I used to think that I would annoy the workers by asking for a side of pickles with my mobile order everytime. It is weird, to be fair. LOL. But the one time I forgot to ask, they had already put it in my bag for me. I thought that was really nice and great customer service. Not sure who was working as my boyfriend picked it up, but thanks girls! Yall are too sweet, and wanted it to be known.
