I was in the drive thru and he took my phone for Apple Pay (normal) but didn’t give it back for a minute or 2 until the food was ready. When I got my phone back instagram was open. This is a huge invasion of privacy. Too too it off service was bad. But who cares really @ a Wendy’s…. I care about the invasion on my privacy. Extremely disturbing

I ordered an asiago ranch chicken sandwich combo. I ordered and picked up through the drive-thru. I was going to eat in my car while I was out doing Walmart deliveries. when I got to the chicken sandwich about half an hour or so later It was just a chicken patty on a bun with mayonnaise, lettuce and pickles. that is not what's supposed to be on that sandwich. I came back later and explained what happened with the sandwich and they did make me a new sandwich but having it be wrong in the first place was egregious. this is not the first time this has happened at this Wendy's.

Waited 17 mins for a biggie bag. Recording a guy back there working with no hair net or gloves fixing the drive thru food. Digging in his beard. The cashier just playing around then one of her friends comes up and order behind us and complains how slow she and get her food before us. After for refund manager says… “ you order was next” then reaches in jar and gave me verses doing a proper refund. Now may bag was 7plus tax she give me 6 and some change. Don’t say a word just took it and left. Will be contacting gm
