A waste of my money. It can not fix the food properly. I ordered a baconator for my mother that sandwich was so sloppy like they just threw things together. I would like to come there at least once and they take their time. And make the sandwich look like the picture on the sandwich. Not looking like a bunch of messing trash through together
Parking: Please explain to me why they have 10 handicapped parking spaces all in front of the building. They don't have that type of business.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, they offer a kid's menu, but there's nothing for the kids to do other than sit down and eat inside of the store. No interactive activities inside the store.
Wheelchair accessibility: Like. I said they have 10 handicap parking slots which is ridiculous all in front of the so if you have kids, you have to walk across the parking your child and watch for cars going through the drive through.

I went in to this Wendy's and my order was given out by mistake the young lady behind the register and the young man in the drive thru was so sweet. And went to get my order remade. The manager on the other hand was rude not to me but to the young lady who was helping me. So to explain in detail after a few minutes went by the manager said with what seemed to be an attitude " you gave out the wrong order!" Which the young lady replied "no you did...." as she was trying to explain what happened the manager cut her off told her she needed to calm down ( not her exact wording) or she would be sent home. As a customer/a mother and a manager myself the manager was wrong for how she reacted to the mess up. The whole time I was there when the manager spoke she sound irritated which you should never take out on you employees. Js

Purchased Spicy Chickcen Combo. The large fries were half full. Had to request remade. The chicken in sandwich was smallest I have ever seen for this product. Cashier was courteous.

Genuinely the worst wendy’s I have ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my job so I always order from here thinking it will be better but it never is. I have never not waited 20+ minutes for the drive through and sometimes it’s empty and I still have waited over 30 minutes. The staff is nice but I think if you have other food options it’s not worth it to come here.

on october 17th at 7:15am i went to wendy’s placed an order online so i pulled up to the drive through and the lady gonna say “a man just came in here and took the order “ and i was like how if i just literally placed it as i was pulling up mind you it wasn’t no cars there just me , then i told her how can i get my refund back she said she can’t and that she the only person in there so long story short she didn’t wanna fix my food because she the only one in there and she took my money i would never go to that wendy’s again it’s always something

Night shift sucks!!!!! Orders are NEVER right. Try to continue to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s EVERY single time we place an order at night! How do you repeat the order at the speaker then again at the window just to give out the wrong food?
