I usually get great food from there but last week I ordered 2 singles, no cheese, ketchup only at the drive thru and took it home. I got 2 singles with double cheese and 2 completely dried out burgers. They were so bad I gave it a shot eating them anyway but just could not. They must have been setting on the grill for a long time. I thought you should know.

My girlfriend and I were out late on a Thursday night and decided we wanted Wendy's on the way home. Little did we know we were in for some of the best customer service especially at this time of night. We pulled up and had an overly confusing order that Erika took perfectly and got it to us in no time. As well as she was extremely personable. I hope everytime I go to this Wendy's I get to see her because she absolutely made my day.

Got home and my food was lukewarm and lacking bacon my bacon doublestack. Also, no sauce for my nuggets. I had ordered through the app for carry out and my food was at the drive through. Likely will not be going back to this Wendy's if they can't get my order right.
Awful. Stale, cold fries and a stale, cold burger drowning in mayonnaise. Inedible. I know to lower my expectations with regards to fast food, but this is ridiculous.
