Went here tonight for a quick dinner. Ordered a baconator, Dave's single, and a 6 piece nugget. Got home to eat and the food was down right awful! The meat on both burgers was dry, overcooked, and cold. The baconator was missing a patty, did not have any bacon strips only a couple of bacon crumbles. The Dave's single was ice cold and had so much onion on it! I wish I had not wasted $15 bucks on this nasty food tonight.

I have never had such slow service at a fast food restaurant every time I go. Whether I go inside to order or the drive thru be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes before being helped. I waited 5 mins in drive thru before going inside and waiting 10 mins. Today I only saw 3 people working this entire store. I ended up giving up waiting inside and just left.

Absolutely HORRIBLE management! Drink machine out! Waited to order for 10 minutes. Waited on food after ordering for another 10. I asked for a refill at the counter and the manager had a very rude tone. THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!! We were annoyed by the sub par zero care attitude

Gave this place the benefit of the doubt for the 3rd time. Nope never again every time I go there something is wrong or missing. I should not have to keep going around the drive through which moves so slow and the inside is closed. Listen to everyone else just take your business else where. I have never left a bad review the fact that I’m leaving one is how bad this place is.

This is why I don't eat at #Wendys "Sorry we don't have your order and there is nothing we can do about it." Will never try again. This is the second time at the same location. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank. #wendyssucks
It gets worse. Five cars, all friends, go through the same drive-thru. Not one good experience. Everyone had problems. Those who did successfully obtain food, got cold nasty food. The employees, including the manager were unprofessional, cussing, clearly not interested in operating a restaurant. Worst experience I have ever had in a long time.
As we stand in the parking lot consuming to foods that people did get, we are watching the employees run in and out of the locked dining room to smoke weed in their parked car. #wendys do better.

These people gave away my order after making me wait 30 minutes for my food. Didn't even say sorry or nothing. I would sell my soul rather then ever grace the Halls of this wendys. This is the most closing wendys to my house and I will gladly drive an additional 15 minutes to avoid this train wreck.
