Great wings and combos.
Today I went there with a friend to ask for the boneless nails fries potato and soda the Combo I only managed to eat the chicken removing the peel because it was so salty that it was impossible to eat the potato the same thing had so much salt that it was impossible to eat the little I ate cut the sky of my mouth so salty it was When I complained to the cashier girl she just didn't care

I’m currently waiting on my order. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes. I ordered it online. The young lady advised me when I went inside of Wingstop then it’ll be another 30 minutes for my food. I don’t like waiting an hour for food so that’s just terrible service.

At least 8 people working , maybe 1 or 2 knows what's going on! How's about cleaning house and starting over. Reading all the reviews ...a theme running through all of them. Customer service and not on point seem the same. Tighten up this ship. ONE & DONE!!!

do not order delivery if you want ranch. never actually puts in bag.
I ordered and went to pick up and they had already locked door. It was 11:50pm and they closed at midnight. Still trying to get refunded

My wife and I tried this wingstop for the first time tonight and everything about our visit was excellent. Everyone we encountered in the restaurant was super friendly and the food came out quickly and was delicious.

When I arrived, I sat and observed. The entire staff was outside smoking while only two people were in the store. The wait time was unnecessary and frustrating—it seemed like they were more focused on hanging out than serving customers. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. No wonder they were shut down. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow.

We had a walk in order at 6:30. it was a simple order. 3pc tender combo and a 6pc boneless wing combo. we sat in the dinning area for 30 minutes until they called our name. (7:00) we walked to the counter not even 15 seconds after they called our name, and they had already put it on the shelf. the employees weren’t paying attention to any of the customers who were waiting to pick up. we waited at the pickup counter for 7 minutes before an employee asked “what we needed”. (7:07) we told them we needed our food and they gave us an attitude and said “you should’ve came up here when we called your name”. we got our food and went to the car. we checked the food in the car and we were missing our fries. we came back inside and waited another 5 minutes at the register before an employee asked what was wrong (7:12). we told them that we didn’t have our fries that came with our meal so she took the bag back and told the employees. the employees in the kitchen paid no mind to what the lady at the front had said. we went up to the counter multiple times and were told they were “working on it”. the lady that worked the front told the kitchen to make our fries and send them out after we waited 15 minutes. (7:27). this experience made me very upset as a person who has never even had wingstop before. it should not take almost a whole hour to get simple food. the employees were non-caring and even rude. also their cleanliness was not so great. no hair nets, their hats were not on the right way, the women didn’t have their hair tied back. very disappointed.

Worst staff in greenville.This is my second time trying them.They will hang up on you. Even lie and say they can not place order you have to online, just so they dont have to take your order. The person on the phone was so mean i couldnt believe it. HIGHLY recommend not going there or you will be treated extremely bad. It never fails
Amazing Service!! The Assistant GM Shanita Newton was a sweetheart and very understanding of my little brother and his needs, she was patient , sweet and caring and very compassionate!
