Food is always so good, wings cooked perfectly. Haven’t had a bad experience yet, friendly staff willing to fix any issues immediately and overall a good atmosphere.
If you want wings DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL. Service is absolute garbage. They mess up orders every single time, and It almost looks as if they do it on purpose. When you tell them to fix it they get annoyed, as if they hadn’t messed up at all. Worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant, it will for certain be better.

Rude, always rude. Everyone in the store seems to not want to be there at all and it completely shows. I've heard them be rude to everybody they interact with. I mean when you wait 35 to 45 minutes for them to cook 12 minute wings you hear some things. I say drive across town and get it from there. Much better experience every time.

Some of the best chicken wings and sandwiches! The food is very enjoyable with their fries being surprisingly good along with their chicken. The customer service is exceptionally good. The atmosphere is solid and the prices are a little on the high side but not too bad. Overall a great place to go and they have a really great selection of flavors as well for their chicken and fries.

I ordered mild wings and voodoo fries, when I received my wings they were plain and did not have any type of mild on them.

My first time here. We got the Louisiana rub and the hot honey rub with corn and fries. It was all delicious. I recommend for sure, I'll be back
Placed an order on the wingstop website for delivery and got the wrong drinks delivered. I am diabetic so I could not drink the drinks they brought. Called several times and kept getting hung up on, asked to speak to a manager and was finally told they’d give me a credit after continuously hanging up on me but at this point I still wanted to speak with a manager only to be told that the manager was too busy to speak with me so I drove to the store and spoke with the manager who looked at me after I explained the situation and not once offered an apology to took any accountability. She said “what do you want me to do?” I asked for corporates number but was told it’s a franchise and was just given the option to do a survey. I do not recommend this location. I spoke with two people including the manager and not one apologized for the inconvenience of me getting the incorrect order. This could’ve easily been handled by saying sorry for the mix up and offering me the option to get my drinks at a later time on the first call but instead I got hung up on. RIDICULOUS!
Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic and was not given the sugar free drinks I ordered. Most times when people order sugar free drinks it should be assumed it is for health reasons but they don’t care 🤷🏻♀️
It was my worst experience. The place was smoking like they burnt food. The fries were cold and the drinks tasted like pool water.

Recieved wrong take out order. I called to address it ans got pu on hold and never came back to the phone. Called back asking to speak to manager. Spoke with him and ask for a refund or the correct order delivered. He told me he was not going to have my ordered delivered to me and if I wanted a refund I would have to contact my bank. I asked again or I would call corporate and he said " call them I don't care" and hung up. As a manager in customer service this kind of service is not acceptable.
Good service but it is better to order before you go and consume it because as it is chicken it takes a little longer but they give you everything hot the ranch sauce is very good with tender tasty papa they are delicious I unique in flavor I recommend it 100

avoid unless you enjoy destroying your stomach and have to lose a few lbs before an event. place was dirty and picked up some sort of stomach virus after eating here
