My wife and I tried this wingstop for the first time tonight and everything about our visit was excellent. Everyone we encountered in the restaurant was super friendly and the food came out quickly and was delicious.

When I arrived, I sat and observed. The entire staff was outside smoking while only two people were in the store. The wait time was unnecessary and frustrating—it seemed like they were more focused on hanging out than serving customers. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. No wonder they were shut down. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow.

We had a walk in order at 6:30. it was a simple order. 3pc tender combo and a 6pc boneless wing combo. we sat in the dinning area for 30 minutes until they called our name. (7:00) we walked to the counter not even 15 seconds after they called our name, and they had already put it on the shelf. the employees weren’t paying attention to any of the customers who were waiting to pick up. we waited at the pickup counter for 7 minutes before an employee asked “what we needed”. (7:07) we told them we needed our food and they gave us an attitude and said “you should’ve came up here when we called your name”. we got our food and went to the car. we checked the food in the car and we were missing our fries. we came back inside and waited another 5 minutes at the register before an employee asked what was wrong (7:12). we told them that we didn’t have our fries that came with our meal so she took the bag back and told the employees. the employees in the kitchen paid no mind to what the lady at the front had said. we went up to the counter multiple times and were told they were “working on it”. the lady that worked the front told the kitchen to make our fries and send them out after we waited 15 minutes. (7:27). this experience made me very upset as a person who has never even had wingstop before. it should not take almost a whole hour to get simple food. the employees were non-caring and even rude. also their cleanliness was not so great. no hair nets, their hats were not on the right way, the women didn’t have their hair tied back. very disappointed.

Worst staff in greenville.This is my second time trying them.They will hang up on you. Even lie and say they can not place order you have to online, just so they dont have to take your order. The person on the phone was so mean i couldnt believe it. HIGHLY recommend not going there or you will be treated extremely bad. It never fails
Amazing Service!! The Assistant GM Shanita Newton was a sweetheart and very understanding of my little brother and his needs, she was patient , sweet and caring and very compassionate!
Too salty!
I agree with a previous poster. Our wings and fries tasted like old grease, without any salt, and just a drizzle of bland sauce. This was the first and last time visiting a wing stop.

Food is always so good, wings cooked perfectly. Haven’t had a bad experience yet, friendly staff willing to fix any issues immediately and overall a good atmosphere.

If you want wings DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL. Service is absolute garbage. They mess up orders every single time, and It almost looks as if they do it on purpose. When you tell them to fix it they get annoyed, as if they hadn’t messed up at all. Worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant, it will for certain be better.

Rude, always rude. Everyone in the store seems to not want to be there at all and it completely shows. I've heard them be rude to everybody they interact with. I mean when you wait 35 to 45 minutes for them to cook 12 minute wings you hear some things. I say drive across town and get it from there. Much better experience every time.
