ill start by saying.... dont dine in.The food may be good as far as the wings, but i couldnt eat the rest, just not a good taste to me, but thats just my taste buds.I say dont eat in, because every thing i touched in the store was sticky and left my hands sticky, and i did not want to touch my steering wheel like this. We couldnt find any napkins to wipe our hands, so everything we touched, we had to go to the bathroom and use soap and water to clean our hands. even the drink machine was like this, i dont know if their cleaning people dont know how to clean or if its the atmosphere in there.... who knows, i sure dont, i only know everything was sticky.this was every time we went, not once.the front staff was definately not trained in customer service, no matter which time we went. I wont say they were bad, they just werent friendly.the wings themselves are definately over priced. Good tasting, but very over priced.Parking: there is alot of parking here but as this location is on a chain link of stores, you are competing with other parking. getting in and out of here is hard because there is not alot of room to get in and out of the parking area without people walking behind you and cars flying past you.

The chicken I got on my mango habanero was trash, the sauce was good but the filet was thin and dry . The fries were so greasy they were half mushy . The seasoning on it was good but I couldn’t finish them . Asked for mayo but was given ranch. My girl got some boneless wings and they were bad in my opinion but the sauce was good she got the Korean BBQ , the quality of the meat it bad. I had Better wings from little ceases the day before .

Ordered online and paid almost $70. Ordered a 6 piece, two 8 pieces, 3 orders of fries, and drinks. We were missing a whole box of 8 piece wings and called them to ask them what happened. The man that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. All he said was “are you going to come in and get them?” Mind you, I worked a 12 hour shift and got off at 8 so I was very irritated. I asked for a refund and he hands the phone to another lady and he starts laughing in the background saying “she wants a refund” the lady then begins to tell me how the Uber drivers are “eating the food” but both the bags were sealed and she claims they carefully take the seals off. I ended up going up there as tired and hungry as I was, and asking for the corporate number. Just for the woman behind the counter to say “we ain’t got no cooperate number”. This will be the last time I ever go to this location. Especially since this is the 3rd time they messed up the order and blamed it on the Uber drivers.

Online orders: Not sure why every time I come here I have to wait an extra 20-30minutes for my food to be done. The wait times are crazy. What’s the point of ordering ahead or online if I still have to wait when I get here because my food hasn’t even been dropped yet?!?!
Ok I had a doordash order … and the girl snatched the order bc she didn’t see me confirm then I show her and walk offf.. then she say she couldn’t see it I moved too fast .. and then say I had an attitude like yes I do i don’t care what the new rules are you don’t snatch nothing from me had I snatched her id been
