I came in tonight around 8:00 pm, and I walked in and I saw the cashier in front of me face to face eye to eye he didn’t say nothing looked at me with an attitude and talked do me with an attitude and he remained on his phone and didn’t pay no mind so I left and told him have a good night and he didn’t seems like that he even cares for me leaving

I only go there because it's close to my home, on game day! Other than that, its has sub par customer service and I wish they offered their fries without that sawdust seasoning. Like offer the fries with a good cheese sauce with toppings to choose like, bacon or jalapeños. Why does the seating area floor fill like the kitchen floor. Why are they playing church music in there???

Thisnis my granddaughters spot. She loves it! I have only tried the cajun corn and it was delicious. Opened my eyes to something new. It seems to me that the service is a little slow. She had an online order and still had to wait.

Terrible Service. I had an awful experience at this Wingstop. The service was absolutely unacceptable. After waiting for almost 2 hours for our food, we still didn’t receive our order, and to make matters worse, we never got a refund.
The manager was rude, going back and forth with me instead of resolving the issue, making the entire situation even more uncomfortable. It felt like they didn’t care about their customers at all.
The fact that this location has a 2.5-star rating is no surprise, poor service, unprofessional attitude, and terrible management. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I had to get a refund because it was taking way to long and when I ordered the food through the app it said it would be ready between 9:10-9:15 I waited until 9:40 and my mom and baby brother where in the car therefore I had to go back to the car and my mom came in and had to get a refund because it was ridiculous on how long it took and they didn’t ask me at all while I was waiting what the name was under the order and everyone that came in there after me left before me. ridiculous. absolutely stupid
