I would never personally eat here. I picked up a Door Dash order for a customer. As always the food was not ready. As I waited, another person was there waiting for their door dash order. Not sure what happened with the drink confusion however the guy that worked there instead of making new ones proceeded to get a straw peel back the tag on the cups and proceeded to take a sip of both of them with the same straw to see what drink was what. Why no just make new ones?? I was so amazed that he had the audacity to drink out of a paying customers drink!!! All I kept thinking was all the nasty backwash that just went back into that drink. He proceeded to close and tape it back and handed the drinks to the door dash person to take. I think I saw what I needed to see from this location. Yall order from here if yall want to but I sure as hell am not going to risk contracting some sort of disease!!!FYI this is the one on medical district location. GO TO FIRETOWER INSTEAD!!!

My daughter had been begging me for Wing Stop so I broke down tonight and got it for supper. I put my online order in at 6:35. We got there at 7:15 and the guy behind the counter said it would be about 20 more minutes. Ok cool. We go fix our drinks and sit down. They called my name at 8:09. I ordered the chicken sandwich and what I got was a far cry from the picture on the website. With that little piece of chicken the bun completely engulfed it so all you had is bread. Never again. I wouldn't give it any stars, but the lovely young lady helping bag food orders was so sweet and friendly.

Ordered $120 worth of Wing Stop tonight at work and we did not receive two drinks, 1 fry, and ALL 11 ranch sauces (1 for each meal; which was six meals and 5 extra for an additional cost). When I called back to tell the man I spoke with, he got an attitude because they got the order wrong. I do not recommend going to this location unless you are happy to deal with rude people and have your order wrong. Our unit in the hospital WILL NOT be ordering from them again!!!!!!

this wingstop is always horrible quality. I ordered a 10 pc and only 5 were in the bag when it arrived. The chicken wings are always sitting in a pool of grease and they look like they have been sitting out for days. I have ordered from here multiple times and it always sucks. The one on fire tower is much better!

I’ve seen some bad reviews and I’m curious if they’re getting confused with the other Wingstop in town?. I’ve never seen this place dirty. When I first started going here, I did wait a long time for my food, keep in mind it is made to order, and they go in order of when they received the orders. Many people don’t realize that they do a lot of DoorDash and online orders, so there may not be many people in the restaurant, but the kitchen does have many orders. I typically go once a week, and I have not had any problems with any of the staff. My food is always hot and fresh.

Wings were awful!!!!! Under cooked, no flavor. Fries were wet and soft. If you're a wing lover like myself stay clear as you will be super disappointed with this wing stop location.

Me and about 10 other people waited for about 2 hours on our orders. When my order was ready it wasn’t called and my food sat there getting cold for an additional 20 minutes. Finally get home to eat it— undercooked. Insane.

This store is dirty. The people who work there are surly, rude and down right nasty. What kind of place does not ask if you have been waited on when you stand at the counter for 10 minutes? Go anywhere else.

Let’s start with the fact that you screwed my order up to the best of your ability and then it tasted horrible. I reached out for support on this because I spent around $40. You send me back some generic email with a $10 gift card that won’t even cover one of the combos I got. I wasn’t going to leave a review if you refunded my order but now I am because it’s insulting. I hope to get a better response from the email I just sent. Absolutely worst wingstop I’ve ever been in from the service to the food.
