Usually I have an amazing experience with this location. But recently I had a bad experience and had to share it. I pulled into the parking lot at 3:50 to order a salad and drink. Nothing terrible there. About 4 or 5 employees were walking around outside but didn’t say anything to me even though they had tablets taking orders. Rude manager, and shift girl for pick ups...........this is our LAST trip to this Zaxbys. Signs in parking lot are misleading...was told if we wanted our food we had ordered on line we would have to walk around the building to get it.....mean while we watched other being handed their food orders. Was told THIS Zaxby's doesn't work like other local Zaxbys do....so that is why the signs are wrong. They need to work on customer relations...especially now. So....good bye RUDE...read full review
