Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I have already eaten at Zaxby's but lately they put so much black pepper and seasonings on the FF if you don't have high blood pressure you will.its horrible who wants to have a month full of spicy food when it's only supposed to be FF... and even if you ask for no season they still do it.. every good place to eat has gotten worse no body wants to do their job anymore and don't care.. and now you can't even use cash to pay for your food in the drive through...I used to eat about 4 times a week there but I'm not doing that anymore..I don't mind a bit to pay for food but most ever time is got so much seasoned on it you can't eat it and if you send it back they have a attitude...

Jamaya mislead and lied to a Senior Citizen just to get a good survey with her name on it. Another employee said something different. Two employees with 2 conflicting stories at the same locations for the same purchase. I give Jamaya -0 for not being honest.

Whomever the young man was that was outside taking orders on Friday July 11th at about 11:45 am clearly didn't want to be taking orders. He never looked up and greeted me with a smile or nothing. He was giving an I don't care attitude and somewhat rude. I started to get right on out of the line and go elsewhere. Instead I chose to post it.

I USED TO LOVE ZAXBY’S;
I hadn’t had it in almost 10 years, but riding by it on my visit to Greenville today I couldn’t resist… but I wish I had.

I got my usual: (traditional) Wings ‘n Things Nuclear, with Blue Cheese.
I asked for water because I didn’t want a soft-drink or tea.
But let’s start with the food and then I’ll go back…

I used to dip my fries in the sauce there was always so much of it, but there was barely any sauce on the chicken, so it would’ve been a stretch of the imagination to dip some fries in there. It was just dry, hard, flavorless chicken. And that irresistible garlic bread I never understood the need for with french fries, but still ate anyway… was just a half toasted piece of bread with a spot of butter on it… definitely resisted eating that.

There wasn’t even anyone in the line before me… maybe it tastes better when they're busy and the wait is over 15 minutes. (eye roll)

Total disappointment, and I’ll never feel the need to stop and feed my nostalgia again.

Now backtrack a sec: when I got to the window the young lady handed me a fountain drink cup with water in it. Confused, I asked was it faucet water and she seemed confused and asked someone else who frowned her face and said something I couldn’t make out from the closed window, and the young lady relayed that it was filtered as she handed me a fresh cup of the same thing.
I said I can get filtered water at home, I wanted to replace the drink with water… apparently they have no bottled water… so I said I’d get the drink that came with the meal, and asked for a lemonade, but was told it was an up-charge. I opted to just get iced-tea, because why would pay more for something I didn’t even want anyway (eye roll).

While the customer service people’s mouths sounded friendly, their faces and attitudes told the real story.
