I just wanted to express how the employees were steadily working taking orders and the manager came out and admonished her stating that she needed to speed up and take orders faster. The problem with this was that the inside wasn’t keeping up with the service and everyone was being parked to wait on getting their meals. If the order taker took orders faster more cars would be parked waiting after paying their money. At the present time I am amongst five cars waiting for their orders. My order was taken within three minutes and I waited seven minutes parked to get my order.

Food was good service was good drive thru was done in a timely manner.Salads are great.
I love Zaxby's. The food is always fresh and hot. The chicken (sandwiches and tenders) tastes like real chicken and not the overly processed chicken you get at pretty much every other fast food restaurant. Their Zalads are great too and I love the crinkle cut seasoned fries. I'm not a fan of the chicken wings but to be fair, I only tried them once. There are always deals or coupons in their app. The one thing I don't like is the wait, but that goes hand in hand with getting fresh, hot food. Have patience and be prepared to wait a few minutes in drive thru, the inside wait always seems a little longer to me.Parking: Parking on both sides of the building. Be careful driving in the parking lot because cars are constantly coming and going and it can be a tight squeeze between the drive thru line and parked cars.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.
The traditional wings are a complete rip off. I mean honestly why even sell them if they’re all going to be this small. Expensive

My bacon ranch fries were delicious! Staff was nice. The salads are delicious as well. I love the REAL chicken that they use. It's just soooo expensive now. They even charge extra for 1 cup of ranch. I can only eat here every so often now.
