I find myself swinging by the Zaxby's on Fire Tower Road more and more these days, and I finally have to give them their flowers. This location just seems to have it all figured out.

Let's start with the obvious: the food. This is my go-to spot for a reliable, delicious fix of their famous Chicken Fingerz™ . My usual is the Chicken Finger Plate, which comes with those perfect crinkle-cut fries and a slice of Texas toast . Everything is always fresh and prepared to order, just as you'd hope . I also have to give a shout-out to their Fried Cheesecake Bites with strawberry sauce they are an absolute game-changer for dessert .

But what really makes this place stand out is the experience. The crew here is consistently friendly and pays incredible attention to detail. I've never had a missing item or a messed-up order, which, let's be honest, can be a rare find. It's clear the team takes pride in their work, and it shows in everything from the speed of service to the accuracy.

And a special note on the atmosphere, especially in the evening: the lights outside flood the place in this amazing, bright glow that just feels welcoming. It might sound like a small thing, but it really makes a difference. It gives the place a clean, energetic vibe that beats the typical fast-food joint feel.

This is hands-down my favorite Zaxby's in Greenville . If you're craving that signature Zax Sauce® and a meal that hits the spot every time, this is the location to visit.

Second time here, very busy Sunday after church. people of all types of filling up the lobby. And the crew for the size of it is getting out the food quickly with good quality. Unlimited soda of any kind you can think of and sometimes you can find Bogo or other specials on the app. I do have a small complaint/suggestion, a senior person spilled her drink and kind of went in a line from their table about 10 feet out on the floor and I went and told the manager that it might be a slipping hazard and he said he would get somebody with a dry mop and take care of it. I sat at my table about 45 minutes or longer and basically it just dried out after about 20 minutes but nobody came and cleaned it up. I know they were real busy and that's probably the reason but if that one old lady fell and broke a hip y'all would be liable. And it would ruin her life as she knew it

11-19-25: had a nice luncheon with a good five dollar discount for three with my pawpaw and brother and we had the chicken finger meals. Everything's delicious the chicken is so hot I had to wait to eat it. But they are fingers are not tenders are a little bit smaller but they're still delicious

Chicken finger tacos, 1 chicken finger on a small tortilla and it wasn't even the length of the little tortilla its Like paying 11$ for 3 chicken tenders. Outrageous.
Milk shake was the bomb though.

disappointed at the amount of fries when ordering the #6 finger Zax pack you get to feed a family of 4 and you they don't even give you enough fries for 4 people. everything thing else was within reason

I had Orderd an Signature Sandwich meal tonight and there was short wait but no deal When the Girl brought my sandwich out to my car I had ask her if the Sandwich meal comes with sauce I left immediately due the Girl giving me attitude over me just asking a simple question about Zac sauce I will not be going to this Zaxby's no time soon Very Rude and Unprofessional Customer Service

I came fairly late towards closing time and had 4 car behind me. I ask for a wings and things with tongue touch and spicy Zax’s on the side. I didn’t get my food until all the car behind me had left and I did get any spicy Zax’s but was charged for it. My wings aren’t even tossed and First Lady had attitude as I pulled up.

Was given a grilled chicken salad, with no grilled chicken. Then when I asked for the chicken at the window I had to pay for more and was given a HUGE attitude by the girl working.
Use to love this one, but lately has been terrible.
