Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Just a quick stop in for a salad with grilled chicken. We chose Zaxbys because we are on the low carb keto diet. Salad with grilled chicken fit the bill.

This use to be a good place for fast food, but the last two times I got Chicken Fingers they were over cooked and cold. I let it go the first time thinking it was an off night and gave them another chance. I ended up throwing 3 of the 4 chicken fingers away. The fries were soggy, not crispy. I used to love the homemade chips. My husband called ahead and told them what time he wanted to pick them up and he still had to wait 20 minutes when he got there.

Update! After I contacted Zaxby’s at the information given that compensated us.
From other reviews it sounds like they are having a hard time getting help. Hopefully they can get things back to the way it used to be.

This location used to be good and reliable. However, for the past probably 10 times i’ve came, 1. Something is always wrong with my order 2. The service is outrageously bad, rude, and slow 3. the wait time even though I usually place online orders is ridiculous. I’ve encountered rude employees but this location takes the cake. Don’t be rude AND not know how to do your job. Pick one. It doesn’t matter what time of the day I come, it’s always the same. Clearly needs new management.

The last time I ate there I think they put a box of season salt on the fries😡. I love this place but like other fast food places they are getting salt happy.

Made us pull up for 2 Zak snacks only to forget about us for 10 minutes. I had to go in to even get my food, and it was just sitting there and I can see their monitor has our order blaring orange because it’s over time. Yall gotta do something with food service training because ??? What in the world

Anytime we come to this zaxbys, something is always wrong. Thr employees are rude. They are always out of some kind of drink or food. The front area is covered in liquid. It's just amazing how it's always this way and doesn't seem to matter what time of day we come.

Placed an order for curbside pickup and waited in the parking spot for 25 minutes before going into the store, only to find my order sitting on the side bar. The food is good but the service is terrible.

You all need to remove the cones from the drive thurs...especially for big trucks. I mean it's not rocket science we all should know how to use one without cones. You scratch people's rims because they don't want hit your cones.
