My family and I stopped by last night in the middle of a road trip to grab dinner. My wife has dairy restrictions due to our newborn having an extreme dairy sensitivity, which I explained to the young lady. She made sure to immediately walk to the back and explain to the cook the importance of no cheese/butter on or anywhere near the one order. This means SO MUCH to us, as we have had many long nights with a thrashing newborn. All of the team members were polite, attentive to my needs, and the food was DELICIOUS. Also I order a pretty big order to go and was out the door in maybe 5-6 minutes. 10/10 Grifton Highway 55. You guys are awesome and we will be back when in the area.

Ok so I call a order my food and didn't get everything i ordered get home and the family doesn't have what we ordered im upset but not going to let it ruin the begin of our weekend.I'll just go somewhere better from now on. So with that being said, make sure it's in the bag.Somebody was slacking tonight me it was my fault.

The location in Grifton is the only one we go to. They are always so friendly and the food is perfect!

Stopped on our way to the beach. We got burgers, chicken fingers, onion rings, and fries. EXCELLENT staff. Great little classic burger joint feel. We will be stopping in our way home next week. 😎

Best location I've been to, and thank goodness, 'cause I had to go out of my way when the one closer to us didn't show up on the list on the online ordering page.

The ladies here took great care of me when I came in to order drinks I'd forgotten onto add to my online order, and our food was ready pretty quickly. The restaurant was super cute and clean inside!

Despite the longer trip back to our airbnb (and a stop in between), our food was still warm when we got back - but most of all, it was made well and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed everything and wish we could come back, but we live in another state. Thank you, Hwy 55 Grifton - we appreciate you!

Stopped by this little diner on my journey through the Carolinas with high hopes and wasnt disappointed!
The atmosphere was exactly what you could hope for in a classic 50s style burger joint and paired exceptionally well with the mood of the audio book id been listening to along my drive.
Staff was friendly and attentive and had good energy.
The prices are a damn bargain considering id probably pay more for the same amount of food at with much less enjoyment at McDonalds these days.
I ordered the Carolina classic cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate shake. The shake was delicious with perfect consistency, fries crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside just the way i like em and the burger the obvious star of the show was the perfect little greaseball (meant in the most endearing way possible, burger wasn’t even all that greasy, at least no more than any other hamburger is of course) i was looking for to keep me going on my long haul.
Definitely recommend and i will stop by next time im taking the scenic route through the area.

Whomever the cook was today knows how to fix some food!!!

Worst fast food I've ever had. Ordered philly cheesesteak so nasty greasy the bread was soggy couldn't even eat it meat taste awful very low quality even the fries. Never been to more worst restaurant. Dirty and womans bathroom locked entire time we were there. Never going back.
