Stopped in on a whim heading yhrough town and very glad I did. The serving sizes were very generous and the service fantastic. If I am ever near Grifton again, I will absolutely stop again.
Davion’s (hope I’m spelling that right) customer service was absolutely amazing in the drive-thru window. He was so nice and helpful with replacing an incorrect online order and even offered ice-cream for the inconvenience. Best customer service I have received in a while! Thank you Davion!
I gave a low review and was asked to elaborate. I'd prefer not to comment in detail. As I've voiced my complaints in the past(to the head manager/owner of this location in person).
With months in-between visits, I thought we'd give it a try but was yet again disappointed.
The 3 stars is for the server who was very polite and bubbly.
