“We have a busy family. With that being said we consume more than average amounts of fast food. This is by far the best burger king we have been to. The general manager Ryan, went out of his way to make our visit pleasant. We stopped in on our way home from vacation. All of us were sun burnt, tired, and irritable. My wife rattled off her order to me on her way to the rest room. I got it wrong. When Ryan brought our food to the table my wife asked about her onion rings at which time I apologized and told her I didn't hear her ask for the. Ryan said he would go get her some. Then my kids burgers didn't have cheese. I didn't specifically ask for it. My asked if they were supposed to come with it and was informed they did come with cheese. We would have been fine with them handing us 2 slices of cheese to throw on. Ryan insisted that they would remake the burgers. He even let us keep the first ones for our dogs. Above and beyond service. Service like this is becoming a thing of the past in a time when we need it more than ever. Thank you burger king and Ryan.“

“Very busy, but there’s a reason why!! They offer a great service, fresh hot chicken strips and of course if you want ice cream they got you covered. At least when I was there, the young lady that took my order, was professional, accurate, and kept her work area clean. Bathrooms are clean as well. Great job everybody!!!“

“I went to sonic in Rockingham to pick up my online order and ended missing an item and my large fries were half filled. After calling the location Nate explained they were out of the specific item i ordered and substituted with another item and also gave me to new orders of fresh dropped fries. Besides the items being missing and the fries being half filled Nate went above and beyond to fix the issue and offered great customer service to resolve the issue! Thanks Nate!“
