Burger Restaurants near Laurel Hill

“The best handmade , not frozen , burgers in North Carolina. I was visiting my sister and niece in Laurinburg for a week in March and wanted a good local burger. I read the great reviews of this place online , so I had to come see for myself. It's a small brick building on the side of Andrew Jackson Hwy in Laurel Hill. Small parking lot with plenty of business. They have a small indoor dining area that is a bar top facing the windows. A couple of picnic tables outside , which is where I ate mine.

I got the Double Cheeseburger with Crinkle Cut Fries and a can of Pepsi. The burger patties were nice and thick and juicy. Hot and fresh tasting with lettuce and tomato. If you want a Traditional North Carolina Slaw Burger they can do that too. The Crinkle Cut Fries were hot , fresh , and tasty. I prefer Crinkle Cut or Steak Cut Fries , so this was a plus. The employees were also nice.

They have so much other food to choose from. Bbq Pork Sandwiches , Burgers , Hot Dogs , Sausage Dogs , Corn Dogs , Fried Bologna Sandwich , Pimento Cheese Sandwich , Chicken Wings , Hamburger Steak Plate , Chicken Salad , Chicken Sandwich , Fried Okra , Fries , Onion Rings , Baked Beans , Green Beans , Slaw , and Mashed Potatoes , and more.

So don't pass by this place on the way to the beach or elsewhere. Make sure to stop and get you some good ole Carolina Food made with Love.“

“It was a quick stop traveling. The manager actually waited on me and was very pleasant and helpful. I noticed he was putting a clean shine on the counters as I ate my delicious food. Friendly and clean with a restroom. Will go back on my way through.“

“I went through the drive thru and the first thing that stood out to me was the voice that greeted me…BEFORE he asked to take my order. Tez (Martez) was laid back and inviting, unscripted, and a real person! Cool as the other side of the pillow! My burgers were hot and delicious, came quickly, and he even invited me to try the kettle chips. The price was more than I expected…but so was the service. I also noticed how clean the parking lot was as I drove through. Nice job!“

“The 1st time we went, the food & service were excellent. The 2nd time we had a different waitress & she was very nice but not efficient. We shouldn’t have to ask for silverware. Also the music was louder; a bit too loud. The onion rings were greasy & I couldn’t eat them. My Philly cheese was super good though. They also have great sweet tea w/lemon.“

“We went to this Burger King at 11:30 am on 6/23. We were greeted very friendly and waited on promptly. Our food came fast and was hot and tasted yummy! Thank you for great service!“

“We stopped by there on the 4th of July after watching the fireworks at Scotland High down the road. The drive-thru was packed, but that was to be expected as to seeing it was a holiday and an event had just occurred down the road.

However, our service was quick, accurate, and hot! To top it off, service was AMAZING! The girl working the window deserves a raise! I'm not sure how she maintained her smile and southern charm despite all the traffic but she made us feel like WE were the ONLY customers! Bravo!

I ordered what was on the sign from the roadside. Cheesy Burger with Onions and Bacon tray. The food was SO hot that I had to spit it back out after taking a bite. I was NOT expecting that. Having hot food at a packed drive-thru is not common. I applaud you guys!

The food was delicious! I ordered an Oreo shake to top it off. It was PACKED with Oreos! Yum!! I took pictures and will try to get them uploaded here.

“Highly recommend. Questionable outside, delectable goodies inside! The greeting from workers was professional and warm. Our food was delicious, beautiful lo mein, spectacular spaghetti all the way, well portioned crunchy shrimp, juicy wings, and mildly spiced fried rice. An absolute delight!“

“Wendy's has a shortage of help and with that they are filling orders and are friendly. Please thank them for the hard work to give us delicious food. This is my favorite fast food place!😍“
