Great burgers but the star of the show were the onion rings. The cashier was absolutely charming.
The best burger I have ever eaten! Stumbled across this place on the way to the beach; it will now be a planned stop every year! Thank you ladies!
We were on the way home from beach. My wife wanted a hotdog and it was 10 minutes until closing, but thankfully we got there in time. Staff was so nice, exactly what we were looking for. Hot dog hamburger, fries. Will stop here on our beach trips from now on. Try it, You will be glad that you did.

Mamie's Drive Inn is a well-loved restaurant celebrated for its delicious burgers and hotdogs. The homemade hamburgers are a highlight, with multiple reviewers declaring them among the best they've ever tasted. One favorite is the double cheeseburger, praised for its outstanding flavor and quality. The hotdogs and chicken salad also receive high acclaim. Mamie's offers affordable prices and a varied menu, making it an attractive option for many. The restaurant is located in a small, older building, but the interior remains clean and welcoming. The BBQ plate and onion rings are particularly delicious, while the fries are crinkle cut and not homemade. Despite this, Mamie's Drive Inn is strongly recommended for its excellent, old-school diner food and friendly service. It has become a go-to stop for many, including those traveling to Charlotte and the airport. The owner, Sheila, is noted for her kindness and warmth, enhancing the dining experience for all guests.
