The only time I have had delivery time issues have been when traffic is horribly backed up in Hampstead and no one is moving. They have always sent a coupon if the delivery time was late. The only problem I have is that delivery driver Robert makes me feel uncomfortable and have decided to have contactless delivery now. Every time we have gone through the drive thru we always end up sitting forever waiting for someone to get to us I believe the bell must not work but we watched multiple employees just standing on their phones with AirPods in when they should at least glance at the window if the bell doesn’t work we’ve had to honk every time very annoying.
I order from dominos frequently. I always use the website. The website was not working. I called the restaurant. 20 minutes later, after speaking with the computer robot and then a rep at a call center from another country, I am to believe that the coupons that were available online were not available, unless I made separate orders using one coupon at a time, I have now given up hope on American society.
