I've been here three time since they've opened. The first time they had very limited options bc they had just opened & were busy so i understood. We chose from what they had available. I was served spoiled pineapples & a brown banana on my second visit, which I discovered after shoving a huge spoonful in my mouth. It grossed me out to the point of nausea. I got a refund & a shrugged "sorry about that" from the kids working. The last time was just a few days ago & the tables were sticky & hadnt been wiped. I don't think I'll be trying them again. They charge too much for the basic items they offer for them not to be fresh, appealing & appetizing.

Pretty disappointed. The girls serving us were very nice but other then that I don’t have much nice to say, sadly. The shop was out of almost every ingredient, but instead of telling us, the girls just made do with what they had. Which I can understand, but I would’ve preferred being told so we can choose something else. My husband asked for the “you gotta be puddin me” it came out nothing like what it should’ve been. Instead of nilla wafers, they used biscotti cookies. They were out of bananas out of brownies, the pound cake they substituted for the brownie was extremely dry as if it was days old.My daughter tried to order 3 different milkshakes before she settled for some birthday cake style that I can’t remember the name of. And then they didn’t even have the Lollie pop for it. Plus the cupcake was days old dry too.I ordered an Oreo milkshake. Which was overall pretty good except the chocolate chip cookies they substituted for the Oreos, I’m allergic to. But again, they didn’t even ask. My daughter said they were very dry too.

We were really excited to try this sweet shoppe with our little family. We arrived an hour before closing, hoping to enjoy some milkshakes together. Unfortunately, we were informed that they don't make milkshakes within an hour of closing.In the future, we'll make sure to plan our visit earlier to have the opportunity to enjoy a milkshake.

Had a hard time finding Mason’s this dark foggy night! It is located on the side of a lumber company building. Really nice and clean inside. Great milkshake and cheerwine float. Fast and friendly service. Worth the drive.Parking: Park in front of the lumber company and walk to the left side of the building

Arrived at 5pm ish on Sunday and the place was hopping. Whatever yall pay your front end workers it's not enough. They busted their booty's had great attitudes the entire time and the shakes were amazing. Well done!

Amazing, absolutely amazing. We went in about an hour before closing. Not a complaint when we ordered one of the special milkshakes! The chocolate coma was so good, delicious and lived up to its name.Staff were very polite and were quick to get us drinks.
