If I could give this location a 0 I would. I typically don't post reviews, but after giving this location multiple chances, it remains disappointing. Never has anything in stock. You order a meatball sub at 7pm and have to wait 45 mins to get a sub. Went today, they have signs up all over the glass that they are out of items such as Lettuce, tuna, etc. Ordered 6 dippers only to be told they only have 3 wraps. Being as this is such a small town and we like to stay local, the service, cleanliness, Google stated open hours, and ALWAYS being out of items should be addressed. I know this review will matter none to the franchise owner or Subway, but WOW!

I placed an order intending to make a substantial purchase, but upon arrival at the establishment, I was informed that they were closed at 9:00 PM. According to Google, their stated closing time is 9:30 PM. This inconsistency was disappointing, and it felt unprofessional that they did not honor the hours posted online. It seemed as though they were avoiding customers while enjoying their own food. Myself and a truck driver both came trying to place an order with 4 people working still.

Server was obviously in a bad mood. Music in store was too loud so server could not hear. Had to continue to repeat our order.
Be careful when you go to this location. Just because the listing says it closes at 9:30 on Saturdays you’ll more than likely find it closed before 9:00pm

Employees act high. Didn’t have half of the things we asked for on the menu. It was only 1800 when we ordered food. Waited for several minutes for someone to come out and wait on us. There was no one going thru the drive thru or in the lobby ordering either. Then asked us to come back tomorrow and order the food we actually wanted. We’re just passing through, but don’t recommend this subway at this hour.
The restaurant, which was supposed to open at 8.30, did not open at 10:47 and the young employee was extremely cold. I suggest you pass it by.

We place another online order and again it never got done until I showed up to pick it up. She said I'm sorry we didn't make the order then tells me she's out of several products to make both sandwiches, out of bread for the new order as well, so we waited in line because people were ahead of us so 45 minutes to be told no order, no bread a d not meat for that sandwich. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this store and the manager/owner hasn't reached out to us yet 2 weeks since the last order.
