City Grill & Wings - Harrisburg

This place is awesome! The food was great and the portions large! I had a really good cheeseburger! This place is also super clean and the staff is wonderful!

I ordered doordash and this WOULD be higher however, they forgot half of my order. I’m home, very sick, so I thought I’d try this place as I’ve really wanted to, right?

I ordered the Angus cheeseburger with fries, a drink, and ranch, and then a side order of onion rings.

The burger was 9/10, onion rings 7/10…they forgot all of the rest of the food. I had to get refunded because it was almost 10 dollars worth of food that was missing.

I hope my review can go up one day because the food was good however I am VERY disappointed.

I placed it to go order and the young lady at checkout was very nice and had great customer service. The inside of the restaurant looked very clean and welcoming. My only issue was the actual food. It is decent at best. I got spicy garlic Parmesan wings and they are swimming in oil. I would not call them spicy or garlic Parmesan for that matter. It’s like slightly spiced butter with a bit of Parmesan. Idk if I’d buy again but it was a decent price

If i could give zero stars I would. I ordered 3 meals. Paid $40 and they gave me 8 French fries per meal. I asked about the serving size. They said that’s how many fries come with a meal. Total rip off and the employees said I could not return the meals for a refund.

I eat here once a week if not more, and now they’re charging me for ranch dressing after I tell them I don’t want any sour cream, tomatoes, etc. They refused to substitute the dressing so I walked out. They easily have lost $700+ annual revenue from me alone over a small thing of ranch dressing.

I gave a 3 because the lemonade was really good. Other than that we really didn't enjoy our meals. I got a chicken sub combo. I didn't like the chicken cut up in big peices and not very tasty fries tasted old or maybe just cooked in old grease. My boyfriend had a burger combo he took 2 bites didn't enjoy it at all. Spent 28$ for 2 combos and we didn't even enjoy half the meal. You guys go check it your experience may be different

Food use to be good or at least what I ordered all the time, but the last two times I have been here the food taste different and not in a good way. just so bland I don’t what happened maybe a new chef or new management idk

The guy at the front desk was the most disrespectful guy I have ever seen in my life. He had beanie, he was short, had earings and looked like a high schooler. He made fun of my friend, and thought he was funny. I came here for the first time, and I will never come again just because of this childish guy. The food was good.

The Angus Burger is the best burger in a 20 county radius . My wife loves the fries too. The owner is a super guy and makes sure everyone is happy . He hires very friendly staff that are always so nice . We drive a distance for the Angus Burger. Check them out!!!

I was looking for something different to eat and ran across this place in a shopping center and the wings were great. Seasoned well and had just the right amount of sauce on it. I was praying it wasn’t cooked to crispy because something it can make it hard for me to enjoy the wings but the wings were just right. I got the golden honey and hot honey o believe. I will definitely be going back to try the other flavors

Would be a 5 if I didn't have to pay so much for 1/3rd filled 1.5oz ramekins of ranch. Shiz is ridiculous. Literally the only reason I don't want to go back. I get a 10 pc wing and 2 FULL sauces from anywhere else is enough, but the sauces there are only filled like a 1/3of the way so you'll have to buy like 4 extra to equal two whole ramekins of sauce. Wanna talk about highway robbery. Food is great, wing sauces rock, but if you're a dipper like me you're gonna pay... literally. Get your own buttermilk, mayo and hidden valley ranch packets with a little extra sugar and you got their ranch dip down pat, but DO NO PAY THEIR RIDICULOUS EXTRA CHARGE FOR RANCH, plus their Bleu cheese dip is mid at best

I say service because I know yall got the serving staff filling those sauces. I always tip them and they ate great always, so don't bash them. Thus is you guys as owners or your managers issues, learn portion control. Gals at harrisburg and concord this ain't on yall, this is 200 percent on your bosses.

Plus the food is on point always, so kitchen crew it ain't on you either. Will update review score once yall actually give appropriate portions for dip sauces. Small things yeah, but that's what makes a local business stand-out.
