Every single time I visit RRC, the staff is always so kind and friendly. Thank you for yummy treats and consistent service.

I love this coffee shop and have been coming here for years. However, a recent visit was ruined by the customer service. My wife has a lactose allergy while breast feeding our newborn. If she consumes dairy the baby will spit up all of her milk. Asking for an allergy menu isn’t weird but when we asked for one the woman taking our order responded “we don’t have that but we do our best.” We can’t just hope that your “best” is enough to ensure our little one won’t get sick from her food. We’d rather just take our business somewhere else with makes me sad.

The espresso here has never been cafe quality. It’s always been just below or around Starbucks. They use 1883 syrups, which is nice, but the coffee itself is pretty poor. What kept me coming back was the bagels. But the last two times I’ve visited, the cream cheese has been sour. This time, I let the staff know that it tasted sour and they assured me that no one else has complained. I asked if they could put the balance on a gift card or something so we could come back and get some coffees or try the bagels another time and they said the best they could do is remake them with butter. I don’t think I’ll be back to Rocky River Coffee Co. Since they changed owners, the quality just hasn’t been the same.

Coffee was just ok. Barista gave us both a mocha (I ordered a regular latte). Barista and staff were a bit chatty which is fine but I’m sure the distraction caused the order screw up. I drank the mocha - it was imbalanced and had way too much sugar which overshadowed the coffee (flavor).
I did order the chocolate peanut butter cookie tho. That was pretty amazing and unique - almost like a pressed crumbly biscuit with oats in it maybe? I could eat a ton of those.

Service was pretty slow; there was some argument about making a cortado a customer behind us requested.. barista said they don’t make them (pretty sure because they didn’t know how to make one 🤦‍♂️).

We come in pretty regularly, but the service was awful today. After waiting a while for coffee order to be made, they gave the order to someone else. Instead of apologizing and jumping on a replacement, that resulted in yet another long wait. The final straw, after all that, was having the audacity to ask for .25 cents for a water. Do better.

My favorite coffee shop. Delicious lattes. A limited but scrumptious menu of sandwiches. My favorite ice cream. All surrounded by kind people who want to make your experience enjoyable. I shouldn’t tell you because I’d love to keep this place a secret just for me.

Stopped on road trip for afternoon snack and coffee break. Got cappuccino, cold brew, oatmeal crème pie, and lemon blueberry loaf slice for less than $20. All tasted great. Comfy seating area.

The atmosphere is perfect with space to relax, chat, or work both inside and out.

Good pricing with medium mocha frappe with two shots for $5
