Want able to eat here bc party of 15 is little large no matter where you go I gues🤭, thus can't review food or anything else but can say good must been good bc was packed

We came to Hatteras Island for the first time last week and friends said we had to go to Dinky’s for dinner. We had cocktails while watching the sunset and the pelicans coming in for the evening outside on the porch. We came at the busiest time but our server was on top of things and the food was great….if the Pumpkin Cheesecake is available, it’s a must have, it’s fabulous!!!

Stopped in for dinner Sunday evening! We started with a blue crab raviolo that was AMAZING! I wish I would have gotten 2, one for app and one for dinner. I just had steamed shrimp for my meal and I ate every single one! My man got the chicken parm which he barely ate, but said it was great! I packed him the leftovers for his lunch :) The staff were friendly and accommodating :)

Very small, very old school, an very delicious, lil pricy, but it's fancy!! Dress nice and take your gal out to a nice dinner!!

Fancy food without the fancy pricing. Great spot for drinks, a nice dinner over the docks, or to bring your family. Make sure to show up promptly at 5pm when they open, no reservations

Excellent, attentive service from waitress Rubie. She excelled at being sure our meal was a great experience, even during a very busy evening. My Gumbo, and tuna were superb. My wife's seafood paste combo was outstanding. Only downside was the Caesar salad dressing was a bit non typical. Otherwise, very clean restaurant with great view of the marina and Pamlico Sound sunsets. Note the restaurant is upstairs. Bathrooms are downstairs & very clean. Ample parking. We'll be back.

Opened at 5pm. Showed up at 4:55 on a Friday and the line was 20 deep. Luckily we sat on the window and my kids got to watch to boats. Staff was professional and friendly. Hostess understood the importance of first impression. Fried goat cheese left more to be desired. Wouldn’t order again. Buffalo fish bites were exactly what you expect. We enjoyed them. Manhattan chowder was again, what you expected. It was nice. We got a special entree, yellow fin tuna tortellini and it was spectacular. This place is a for sure “go to” in hatteras.

Their food is top notch. Pam was our server and she was amazing, attentive and so kind. We had the tuna tartare as a teaser/ appetizer, the thai shrimp and scallops, and the fried seafood platter. If you get a chance to visit this place, you won't regret it!!!

We ordered the Oven Roasted Sea Scallops as an appetizer. They were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. As for our main entrees we ordered a Seafood Platter (Fried) & Twin Tails with a side of Grilled Chicken breast.
The Seafood Platter was decent but didn't have much flavor to the batter that they were fried in. The Twin Tails had a crispy Parmesan crust and the flavor of it was phenomenal. I do feel that the lobster was over cooked due to the fact it was rubbery and I had a chore cutting it with a butter knife. The vegetables didn't have much flavor to them at all and the side of chicken was dry. Our server was super nice and very attentive to keeping our drinks full and making sure we had everything we requested. We ended up being one of the last few people in the restaurant. I did not say anything about how I felt about the lobster being overcooked due to the fact they were trying to close down and head home for the night.

Nice restaurant to go do in Hatteras. We had a big party of 10 and were well taken care of. The seafood was fresh.
