Jeffrey’s is the place to go for fresh seafood in Hatteras. If you’re visiting the area I would definitely recommend checking them out.
My new go-to spot for seafood on Hatteras!
I came across a Facebook post about Jeffrey’s and knew I had to check it out—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by two friendly smiles behind the counter. For a fish market, the place was impressively clean—absolutely spotless.
Their selection didn’t disappoint: beautifully cut filets, whole fish, and everything in between. I picked up some shrimp, a generous cut of tuna, and a container of shrimp salad. Everything was incredibly fresh. The tuna was so good, I seared it as soon as I got back to the house. My son and I devoured a pound and a half like it was nothing. The shrimp were just as delicious, and the shrimp salad was the perfect beachside snack.
Can’t wait to go back—I may have just found a gem.

They are so nice and patient when explaining seafood and the types they have.
Cash only but be ready for some of the freshest tuna, mahi and asst. reef and bay fishies. Filtered and vacuum packed if you prefer. Support your local watermen.

Amazing, amazing! We absolutely adore Ms. Vicki and all her culinary delights. Not only is she the best human on the face of the earth, but her seafood and seafood creations are out of this world. We visit many times when we are in town to get the freshest and best seafood at a fair price. A must for everyone!!!!!
