We really like Big Apple pizza, however, EVERY SINGLE TIME we order delivery there is something either wrong with the food, or they didn’t put everything in the order that was requested. We tip VERY WELL and to have this happen to us every single time, gets very annoying. Last night (August 13, 2025) we placed an order. The female on the phone got the “Chicken Philly Cheesesteak” on the order when I clearly said “Philly Steak and Cheese” Stromboli. I had her repeat the order twice to ensure it was correct. When delivered the order appeared to be correct since everything was there. Upon going to eat the Stromboli, I took about two bites before realizing that it was in fact, the wrong Stromboli, it was the original one she thought I said. Like I said, we enjoy the food but the service in the end is crappy, and almost every single time. I wonder why we still even eat there because I know we will end up being disappointed for the 100th time. DO BETTER Big Apple Pizza in Havelock!

I recently found out I am now allergic to mammal yet I already eat a restrictive diet. The staff were very helpful in helping me make a selection. I am very grateful because it has been a struggle this week navigating these new restrictions.

We are in town visiting our grandson that is in the Marines. A guy at our hotel recommended this place to us. We ordered delivery for dinner. Everything was exceptional. The food tasted great! We had a pepperoni pizza, 3 subs, a gyro, mozzarella sticks and the gnocchi soup. The soup tasted great, my only complaint, it only had 2 tiny little gnocchi in it! I highly recommend this place! Delicious!

The food was not good at all. So much so, we couldn't even stand the taste/texture enough to finish the meal, let alone save it for leftovers, so we had to throw it all away. We ordered a veggie slice, a pepperoni slice, and a sausage slice. The slices were not hot at all, and the dough/crust tasted like pure rubber. On the veggie slice, there was no crunch to the veggies whatsoever, rather a rubbery-wilted texture. Just horrible. We also ordered the lemon blueberry cheesecake, and the chocolate triple layer cake. The cake didn't taste fresh, and it was kind of stale/hard. The food was not good, and we will not be returning.

Man the menu is a beast. So many options to choose from. Pasta, burgers, pizza, calzones, salads and so much more.
Be careful of the amount of food you order the actual portion sizes are huge. Everything we had from the wings to the pizza was amazing. No complaints.

They served us a ricotta-less Calzone and had the audacity to call it a Stromboli, completely ignoring the distinction between the two. After waiting 40 minutes when we were told 15, the result was an uninspired, flavorless mess. If you want a real Stromboli, avoid this place—they clearly don’t know the difference.
