Been a long-time customer, what happened? Normally, the food is delicious and hot. Not so, late Thursday afternoon. Shrimp Lo Mein Noodles were not fresh, General TSOs chicken and Sesame chicken were very dry.

This is the worst Chinese I have ever eaten in my life. General Tsos was soggy and had no flavor at all, rice was obviously minute rice or some kinda cheap stuff, egg role was dripping with grease..I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go there. Don’t even deserve 1 star.

The Customer service at this establishment is terrible. The employees or owners ( whoever runs the counter ) are rude, condescending and unprofessional .

I've never had a problem with their sesame chicken until tonight. It's never been spicy usually pretty sweet. Tonight it was really spicy and I'm allergic to peppers. Had to take meds and missing work bc of their mess up. All I wanted was to eat dinner before work and now not only am I not eating I'm also going to miss my shift. All the lady from China Inn said was bring it in and we'll replace it; I wanted to do a refund bc how am I going to know that they weren't going to mess it up again.

The best Chow mein dish I’ve ever had, and I’ve been eaten Chinese for a long time.

Didn't even get to the ordering food part, went to go see in my wallet if I had big bills or small. The person on the other end mocked me while I was checking. Very unprofessional, couldn't tell you how the food tastes. If it's anything like their customer service, probably horrible.

Food was amazing and waiter Justin was very sincere and understand of my wife’s needs being she can’t have certain foods; our food took some time to come out but I realized shortly after it was all hand cut prepped and made to order for my order! I just wish the store looked as good as the food tastes.
I ordered the Mapo tofu with chicken.

Dietary restrictions: My wife can’t have a variety of things being she has insulin’s resistant and fatty liver; she was recommended to order the steamed chicken and vegetables and they made sure to add extra vegetables without me asking.
There are vegetarian options but they are limited, I’d ask Cindy the chef she was very knowledgeable and can make most dishes to order.

Everything was tasted overcooked and bland. I usually enjoy Chinese leftovers the second day but my wife and I couldn't even eat it the first time. An Amish person could make better Chinese food.
