Food is always is good the window helper is talks too fast their menu is very confusing you must know what you want before you get there cuz you get hassled to move along that's the part I don't like next time I'll just go in so in general I give him about a 60% rating

Elizabeth's customer service skills and attitude at the register was terrible to me and the customers in front of me.I doubt I'll go back any time soon.
The drive thru was very quick and their milkshakes were even better than the cookout we normally go to in Jacksonville.

The reason I have this a two rating is because I paid and ordered for a large order of the cheese bites. Headed out; lines are busy. I look into the bag to see what I paid for was about 8 bites. The last time I got a large order I got much more and a large order. Also this Cookout has a rating of 96.5 :-/ Do better cookout!!!!

They completely messed up our food and order. To the point we got someone else’s full order. When we got home 30 mins away and discover all the wrong food. We called and spoke with someone who said the only thing they could do is if I drove 30 mins back to the location to get more food. I told them that I could not do that and asked if I could come pick up the food tomorrow. They said no it has to be tonight. I am furious. Waste of money. Do not go here.
