Food was as expected but while I was eating, a female employee started dusting the lights above which had dust falling on me and my table. I said something and she apologized, laughed, and continued to spread dust in the air while I was eating. I left.

Can never, ever order your food without them cutting you off, assuming what you're gonna say They literally every time I'm in the middle of ordering my food Cut me off and ask me if that's all or Make? Me feel like i'm a burden to them. And have the worst attitude.

August 13 11:30 pm ish, took forever to order lady taking the order was not listing at all had to repeat order multiple time and order was still wron, who ever was working the drive thru to night needs better training. It was a white girl with her hair in a braided bun

We frequent this cookout, however the last few times we've gotten it it has just been subpar. We wanted to give it another try, I ordered ranch chicken wraps and bacon wraps....this is what they looked like. Literally 2 pieces of lettuce, a sad squirt of ranch, and a couple pieces of cheese. For the bacon wrap they just put a piece of bacon or 2. There was no line, I was one of 2 cars there and waited a few minutes for the food, which I have no problem with. But when this is what I get....it's just not worth the time or money.
Wish I could share the receipt and a picture of the Chicken Cajun Style sandwich that I just paid $7.84 for with a drink. not only is a sparrow wing bigger than this piece of meat on my sandwich but it’s not hot or really any good. They have been running out of lettuce too! The bun was twice as big as the piece of chicken! Last time I eat at Crookout!

I was out of town and it was after 11 pm. I was hungry but wasn't finding anything open. Then I saw 2 cars in the drive thru of Cook Out and quickly turned in. I ordered the cheeseburger.
Honestly, I was not expecting much because it seems like late night fast food often disappoints. But that was a delicious burger. I know where to go the next time I'm in the area. Great job guys. 5 STARS!!
