Ordered a pizza went to pick up and only had a 50 dollar bill. They refused to take my money and got rude. No where does it say no 50. Dollars bills at pick up. This is the worst service to get from any pizza shop.

Called ahead to see if they deliver to my adress cause it’s a little out of city limits and a little is it is barely out of city limits. The employee on the phone verified they deliver to me so I said perfect thankyou I’ll place an order online .did that . Website gave no we don’t delivery to you messages. Order was being made on tracker and then I get a call. Saying hey we don’t deliver to you and I explained I called ahead and verified you did . They put me on hold to talk to whoever I talked to. And came back and said sorry they weren’t a manger so what they say isn’t accurate. And I said do I have to ask to speak to a manger when I have a question with delivery or anything. He stuttered and put his manger on the phone. The manager apologized and said there was nothing he could do besides cancel the order . Meanwhile I had already had a bad day explains why I called ahead to make sure. And I said what are you going to do about this and he said well you can pick up your order for free. Yes obviously pickup is already free . If I was going to do pick up I wouldn’t have called ahead to make sure you do delivery.manager was rude and had no solution for the frustration his employee caused

Very good food and the addition to new food options was cool
I ordered 2 large pizza's which is always great and a Chicken Alfredo and I was truly disappointed on the amount I received. 30-35 noodles and 8 very small pieces of chicken. The little pan was half full .It might have been 6-7 ounces. The Alfredo was really good but the quantity was was really skimpy. It's a shame because I doubt I'll ever order it again

Parking: Plenty of room for parking, very convenient parking also. Parking is practically right in front of the building.

ordered with instructions not to knock or ring..they did both not once but on two seperate orders… pizza is cut so unevenly i wonder if they’re running child labor through a daycare
There was an issue with the order and the the delivery driver KYLE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE AN HE HADLED THE SITUATION With supreme, finesse and comments, I was definitely impressed and appreciated the amazing customer service. He definitely deserves a raise. If I could request a specific driver every time it would be Kyle young, brunette, white men name, Kyle I want to make sure it goes to the exact person because I did not get his last name but he’s a delivery driver. He works at Havelock location and he was working at night time on November 5, 2024. He was absolutely freaking amazing. And I would like to put a word in for a customer service representative in store named Isaac as well they are both absolutely awesome and deserve a raise big time
