Had a pizza delivered tonight and I understand it was late! I didn’t realize the time when ordered. However, not only did I tip 25% when ordered, I gave the driver an extra $20 in cash for the inconvenience! I started eating the pizza and it was burnt on one side and also cold on the other side.. Don’t order this late even if you tip good ?Who knows what else I just ate. ?The delivery driver was perfect tho! ?

I placed an order for a large extravaganza, parm bread bites and a large diet coke. When their driver Angelica arrived, she was rude no smile, forcefully handed my food to my daughter and stormed off in a rush. My pizza was missing black olives and mushrooms. This is a specialty pizza so it’s gonna be expensive with more toppings.. ok.. yet i never got the full experience of my pizza, Parm bites barely had whatever oil they place on top. No soda with my order??? I will not be placing again. It’s clear they don’t care about customers. They only care about numbers to make management look better. This place needs to be shut down.

I left an in-app review explaining some issues we experienced and they completely remade the order and delivered free of charge. The nice gentleman rolled up no fault to him complaining his previous stop had been extremely irate and causing him issues.. Once he left I immediately noticed the soggy box so I opened the lid to see literally half the pizza was stuck to the lid, along with my freezing cold wings with the wrong sauces. I was starving so I tried eating it and the entire pizza was undercooked. I can’t make it up how terrible the entire customer experience was. If I wanted an inedible frozen pizza I wouldn’t have spent money with you guys I would’ve gone to Dollar General.

While they were super busy a mistake was made and my one pizza was sent out with someone else and instead of being difficult about it they jumped to fix the situation and definitely handled it right shout out to the crew that handled

Ordered chicken alfredo pasta and cinnamon twist dessert for delivery. Took over an hour to get to me and when it did the pasta was missing. Told me they would send it back out. An hour and 20 minutes later it finally gets back to me and is completely wrong.
