Whoever owns this DD really needs to fix the awkwardness of the drive-through the window is too high and for some reason I couldn’t figure out What the issue was until the day that I hit the pole, so why am I having such an issue with this drive-through? Well, I figured it out any other Dunkin’ Donuts the polls are flushed witbuilding so that you can reach the windowtell by looking at the pole that it’s been hit a numyou Of times. Why not fix it?

Mobile order for walk in. Ignored for a few minutes. Would have just grabbed my bag and walked out but they were all facing in and didn’t want to touch bags that weren’t mine. Finally acknowledged but with extreme attitude. Got home and everything is burnt, over cooked and under seasoned. I’m so upset with this order. No queso on the loaded tots, snackin bacon tasted like fried cardboard, avocado toast is burnt and brittle. What a waste of money.. that was my final straw. Otw to Starbucks.

I just stopped in for a quick lunch and was greeted by the nicest lady! She told me she was in the military and that impressed me even more! Super friendly and helpful! I wish more places had employees like her! I will definitely return to this location!

The service was terrible. The girl was so rude and didn’t have no manners. I ordered 2 drinks that was it. Told them twice what I wanted and they still only charged me for one and didn’t charge me for the other drink I asked for. I’m highly disappointed. I will never return here with how that girl was talking to me.

They have the option to select some donuts as unavailable online when they're out of them, but would rather leave it as available and scam customers when they get there. Every time I go there after noon, they either swap donuts or just don't give you all the donuts you order.

Cleaned up big time compared to last time I was here. You can see an obvious effort to change ways of the past. They were very busy when I arrived and they got through the line with ease. Great improvement over time.
