This is my first time writing a bad review for food service. There is this old lady with glasses and she is so rude I don’t understand her problem, but it is very disappointing to see someone with that attitude work in food service.

They never have lemon doughnuts and was treated like they couldnt care less if I was there or not and a very rude manager. Acts mad all the time and never smiles. Just plain rude
If you get a caramel latte and it’s white and tastes like milk with caramel in it then that’s not a latte. If I’m not mistaken they have espresso in them. When I went inside to get it fixed I was met with attitude and the drink was made the same the second time. I don’t get my order remade often but come on this isn’t cheap. I get latte’s more than I should so if it’s handed to me and it’s white, yeah you made it wrong, just fix it. I don’t need to be made to feel like I’m stupid. Won’t be spending money here anymore.

this older lady that works there is ALWAYS rude. 24/7. i understand working for dunkin isnt the best but god damn i didnt do anything i just want some food. dont take it out on the customers. shes literally always rude everytime i go there.

Arrived at the window at 8:30 and the hours say closes at 9:00. The automatic "we are closed" message was playing. We started to drive away, someone comes on the mic asking if they can help. My husband said ""Oh sorry I thought it said you were closed" someone yells in the background "because we are closed!" Are you kidding me? That is unprofessional and rude. So sorry we assumed the posted hours were getting in the way of you closing early. Pretty sure the owner would want to make that money.

Whoever is managing morehead and beaufort needs to manage havelock. I always get a powdered vanilla cream and everytime I've tried havelock it's literally a dime size of cream. Compare that to morehead and beaufort are over flowing and the customer service is always excellent at the other locations. Won't waist my time again at this place

Service, food, and people are good. The only thing about this Dunkin that is not the greatest would be the drive-thru. The patern makes it difficult to pull up to the windows correctly.

Very rude woman, I believe she is the manger but she was very disrespectful to me in the drive thru so I went inside and she was very rude, by far the meanest person I have come across. She gives off a very rude tone, and talks to you like you’re dumb. I was very upset and this, I understand people have bad days, but she was completly rude. She makes snarky remarks to everything you say, and is overall a very rude person. I will be coming back, I’m not letting this affect me but she needs to be humbled, or fired.

I got in the line at 7:10 in the morning, have to be at work at 7:30 but i work down the street, they only managed to serve 3 cars in the span of 17 minutes, if they are short staffed there is no notice nor apology for it. fast food service is suppose to be quick, and with how long we waited to get to the window, you would think the drinks and food would be ready by the time we got up there. I had tried leaving the line but it so tight that i couldn’t leave it until someone was served and the next car moved to allow me room.
