The General Manager was extremely hateful to me when I called and complained about me not having my full order. I ordered two 8 piece tenders and I only got one of them but it only had 7 pieces in it. I asked how I could get a refund and she said that use the app and figure it out myself. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THE KFC IN HAVELOCK EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I will not recommend going here.

I’ve had them mess up my sides TWICE NOW. with the SAME SIDES. I’ve asked for macaroni and cheese, and they always give me mashed potatoes with gravy. How hard is it to read?! Please do your job right, this wouldn’t set me off as much if I wasn’t 35 weeks pregnant and ragey when it comes to my food!!!

Literally the worst kfc I've ever had in nc. The 8 fries I received was hard chicken greasy with mushy breading, mountain dew drink was foamy and powdery with white powder cake up in the bottom of cup and warm and warm at that ew! Plus no napkins given. I ate 1 chicken leg and threw the rest in garbage drink included. $10.66 threw down the drain and I was hungry on my lunch break. I could never do this to anyone, I mean look at the mountain dew soda 🤢

I went to order my food had to repeat myself alot due to the children who work in there playing at drive through I get my food drinks have no ice and are half full when I asked about ice I was tokd they dont have any but drinks are cold which they werent then I took lid of mine and it looks like a nasty mess all powdery and and large clumps in it. Customer service is dead on america this is pathetic and sad on so many levels do better kfc I wont be back

Had my roommate tell me that the chicken was really good and to leave a good review, and my roommate knows chicken, so that's saying something. I also enjoyed it. The biscuits were nice too.

I went through the Drive thru they forgot half of my order. I drove home and realized half of my order was missing went back to this KFC told the employee what I was missing she said she had put it in the bag and called me a liar and gave me a attitude. Why would I lie about something like that?I was treated unfairly. The customer service there is lacking to say the least
They keep messing up mine and my family's orders. Countless times we were missing at least 1 biscuit, one time a pot pie, and now, instead of mashed potatoes and gravy, they gave us Cole slaw.
