First of all this place takes way to long to deliver my food it took 10-15 minutes just to get the food and we got the wrong drinks and there was this guy next to us that got the wrong order to so we went in and got the food and it was terrible never going again 1

The fact that I ordered this box for two of my children has me pissed. The fact that any person would hand undercooked food instead of telling a person, we’re behind on this….can we pull you for a second, it’s just ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!

My elderly father went to pick up my mama ordered of food today and my drink that was supposed to have No ice in it and my father told the man 3x no ice and the man was like so you don't want the drink and it only had a little bit of ice when any to go drinks NEVER HAS A LITTLE BIT OF ICE IT'S ALWAYS HALF OF A CUP OF SODA AND A FULL CUP OF ICE ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP!! I'M NOT PAYING FOR A FULL CUP OF ICE AND HALF A CUP OF SODA OR LESS SODA!! He made it seem like it was so hard to take 4 steps to the soda machine and dump the drink and refill it with just soda or just scoop the ice out with a spoon 🥄 and refill it back up!! I swear this generation is getting lazier and lazier at work and I understand that fast food workers don't get paid enough but it doesn't give them the right to disrespect their elders or be rude to customers when they wasn't rude to them first and disrespect them and my father was still polite to the man. My father is a very polite man till you really press his buttons and it takes a lot to piss him off.

Ordered the 8pc nuggets meal, the nuggets were hard and had a burned taste. The only thing that was good was the Mt Dew. Tried calling several times and of course getting a busy signal. KFC deserves no stars....
Placed a mobile order for a 16 PC bucket with 3 sides and a 3 PC tender box. Gave 1 hour delay. Arrived to doors locked. Went through drive thru to be met with the worst customer service I have ever had. Was told we don't know how long it will be. Calmly explained order was placed online an hour ago and he threw his hands in the air. I saw most of the food sitting on the counter. He came back with even worse of an attitude (as well as the i suppose manager) and said like 2 mins. Watched them slam my food around and basically threw it threw the window. Called corporate and Morehead City location asking to speak to upper management like the district manager or franchisee. GM of Morehead was super sweet on phone. Almost 2 weeks later and still no call from either district manager or franchisee. I work to hard for my money and will not be giving any more of it to any of these local franchises again. If you want cold food and crap service, then this is your spot. If not, consider going elsewhere. I would not have made this post had someone actually contacted me back and it wouldn't even have got 1 star, it would be zero if possible.

Horrendous Customer service, long wait times, and a filthy establishment make it a " never again" for me. I know the economy is in the tank but wild prices as well for subpar food.

If you forget something in my drive-thru order THEN make me wait 20 MINUTES for that item after I drove back and waited in line then you owe me something extra. What I don't deserve is attitude. The majority of the Marines can't just walk back in because they are in uniform.

I would give NO stars if it was an option. Everytime I go to this restaraunt, I get a mobile order, and when I get back home, it is always wrong. I went back there today to get a combo box, and I get back home to see it's not even close to what I ordered. I went into the store to pick-up the mobile order, and it wasn't even ready when the app said it was, and no one seemed to know where my order was. I think this particular store of KFC is terrible, and whoever manages this place, does a very terrible job.

Horrible customer service, lots of eye rolls from the shift lead. No one told us why our food was taking so long. It took 50+ minutes from the time we ordered to the time we finally got our food and then it was shoved towards me by the shift lead Malika L.
Today I Ordered at 5:07 and then walked into KFC. It said it would be ready at 5:15. Cool. There were 5 employees standing around with customers waiting at the front. They saw us but still didn’t do anything except walk by. No one helped or even acknowledged any of us. At 5:25 ish I had to ask several times for any one of the 5 employees to respond. I Asked to speak to a manager. No one responded. I pointed out the young lady wearing a different colored shirt (shift lead) and asked them to get her. Malika L at the Havelock NC store wouldn't come up to the front until I asked someone else to please have her come out to speak to a customer. I got eye rolls! I asked where our food is because 10 other people have come in and got their food, it’s been over 30 minutes for our food, and there are chicken piece on the warmer tray things. We orders a 8 piece chicken. She walked back and continued working. I asked what the hold up is. She rolled her eyes again and looked at another employee and asked how much longer for the chicken. She said its another 10-15 minutes. By this point we have already waited 30-40 minutes. I just asked for a refund. She said I have to do it online. I asked how. She said I dont know. I asked if she could find out. She said no. I asked for her manager and she said no one. I said whats your corporate number. She said she doesn't know and that I have to look it up online. I asked her for a managers name and phone number and she said she doesnt know. I asked for corporates number, she said she doesnt know. When questioning her about not knowing her managers name she then said she is not allowed to give that information out. Well when will they be in? She said she can’t give that information out.
She went in the back and called someone and then 10 minutes later she came back and handed me a piece of paper with a number on it and walked away. I asked what this was and she mumbled something. I asked again and she said it’s to the store. That I need to call that number. I stated this store that we are in. She said yes call that number to speak to a manager. I said you just told me they are not here so if I were to call and ask to speak to a manager no one is here so that was pointless.
Having teenagers or young adults running a place without any supervision, no accountability and severe lack of customer service shows what type of place this is and what their levels of acceptable is. When young adults are in a position of being in charge and doesn’t understand a little goes a long way and how to approach, speak, and treat customers is ridiculous. This generation has no respect or service focused. If you work in a service industry you need to know the aspects of it all. Many of the customers were stating it is always like this. Very unprofessional and takes forever. The funny thing is, if I didn’t want to get out and sit at the table with my son to eat dinner and went through the drive through I would have had my food out and ready within minutes. Not an hour.
I would like a full refund and a call back immediately from the general and regional manager. I would also hope that the leaders are teaching proper etiquette on how to deal with customers.
Once I get a response back from management I will update.
