That actually affects the perception of cleanliness. These are minor, but noticable. Interior door handles are very worn (exit and bathroom). Exterior door handles are dirty on the backside where your fingers grab it, which can be seen as you exit. It should be cleaned also. That is the difference between doing a good job and a great job at cleaning. Using steel wool would brighten up the noticable metal work.Table is missing the end piece of Formica. All minor things, but noticable. But also fixable or improvable.

Came here to grab something on the way home to eat. Drive thru took forever to the point we parked twice in the line because of how long it took for the cars ahead of us to get their food. Saw someone run out to a truck with someone's order so I'm assuming they're understaffed.

I have had horrible service the last 3 times I've been to the KFC in Havelock, NC. Either the order was wrong or there was a 20 - 30 minute wait....and not during a rush (dinnertime etc)
