Despite this location offering food and fishing products, I went solely for the purpose of sports cards.With that being said, despite this place having an unassuming appearance and looking relatively disheveled and unorganized inside, it was an absolutely perfect experience from top to bottom otherwise.There was an incredible selection of cards from hobby to retail to singles and everything in between. The person working, who I am assuming was the owner Lew, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hobby. He took at least a half an hour out of his day to talk to me and help me find the right product, and seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for.The best moment came when I was looking for some older cards from the New York Giants. He showed me several affordable options and when I took a guess at the price for each individual card, he could have easily taken advantage of my estimate - which was much higher than his final suggestion.I would go back here any day and highly recommend you doing so if you are into the hobby at all.

Took my great nephew here in December. We loved looking at all Lew's fishing gear and Japanese foods! My nephew bought a great fishing rod and reel combo for $20! Lew also put like on the new rod for free! I grew up right around the corner from Lews rod & reel and never visited this place. I can't wait to go back into town to stop by Lew's again and get some food! Wish he offered japanese cooking lessons!

Small place that has a great variety of fishing reels, rods, lures, bait, and everything else along those lines. They sell crab traps and other types of small ocean gear. Lew's also has a section that sells Japanese and Asian foods and snacks, which I thought was neat, plus the snacks I bought were delicious. Love supporting small businesses like Lew's Rod and Reel. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COLLECTION HERE. Terrible appreciation for others collections. I called the shops owner asking about bringing in a collection of my childhood cards. He was very off-putting in our conversation but reluctantly I went anyways.He swiftly appraised one card, a Sammy Sosa 91 Fleer in great condition at "a nickel". The last several sells were $3 to $4 on eBay. He even pulled up one for sale at $2.99 plus shipping attempting to prove himself. UPDATE The card is a incorrect birthday card which places it anywhere from $10 to $45.He's very uninformed on pokémon as well.

There also extremely knowledgeable of all surrounding fishing opportunities and willing to help guide you in the right direction when asked. Lew's is a staple of the community, and a petfectly diverse place to shop! Friendly and knowledgeable, I am never disappointed stopping in. They have a large fishing supply selection and are open exactly when you need them. They always have the Asian food supplies I am looking for and delicious snacks. Their trading card section is always stocked, with Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, and Sports Cards. Lew carries a large selection of cases and sleeves in addition to the card packs and singles.

He has a good selection of tackle, some of which are hard to find terrific items. They are very knowledgeable about equipment, and very particular about what they carry.!
