The best trading card shop unassumingly tucked inside probably the best bait and tackle shop in craven county. Odd combo I know but the charm is Fantastic and the owner is a genuinely good person.

Best hidden gem of havelock. Three of my favorite things in one store, fishing supplies, trading cards and Japanese foods. There is a variety of everything to look through. The card section is pretty organized and the owner may be able to find whatever off the wall card you’re looking for. Don’t be afraid to stop by and take a peek. I never leave empty handed.

This place sucks!!! The customer service sucks and the cards they sell suck. It's all expensive cards they sell and don't care about the customers that don't have much money to spend. It was a total waste coming here. I'm shopping online for my cards!!!

Despite this location offering food and fishing products, I went solely for the purpose of sports cards.With that being said, despite this place having an unassuming appearance and looking relatively disheveled and unorganized inside, it was an absolutely perfect experience from top to bottom otherwise.There was an incredible selection of cards from hobby to retail to singles and everything in between. The person working, who I am assuming was the owner Lew, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hobby. He took at least a half an hour out of his day to talk to me and help me find the right product, and seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for.The best moment came when I was looking for some older cards from the New York Giants. He showed me several affordable options and when I took a guess at the price for each individual card, he could have easily taken advantage of my estimate - which was much higher than his final suggestion.I would go back here any day and highly recommend you doing so if you are into the hobby at all.

Took my great nephew here in December. We loved looking at all Lew's fishing gear and Japanese foods! My nephew bought a great fishing rod and reel combo for $20! Lew also put like on the new rod for free! I grew up right around the corner from Lews rod & reel and never visited this place. I can't wait to go back into town to stop by Lew's again and get some food! Wish he offered japanese cooking lessons!
Small place that has a great variety of fishing reels, rods, lures, bait, and everything else along those lines. They sell crab traps and other types of small ocean gear. Lew's also has a section that sells Japanese and Asian foods and snacks, which I thought was neat, plus the snacks I bought were delicious. Love supporting small businesses like Lew's Rod and Reel. Definitely recommend.
